Translation(somewhat): I love this song. The video is beautiful yet sad at the same time. I don't think the song is about abortion when I see the video, because at the end you can see a picture of a toddler that she seems to be mourning. Seems like she had a child and lost it, one way or another, and is now devastated by it. Could have been kidnapped or died. It is a very sad song.

Also, if anybody can make out what she says at the end that would be great because I can't hear/make out it out

Me encanta esta cancion. El video es lindo/triste tambien. No creo que se trate de aborto porque al final del video se puede ver la foto de un bebe al cual ella le da tributo (o algo asi). De alguna forma tuvo un hijo(a) y ya no lo tiene... pudo haber muerto o haber sido secuestrado... pero lo mas probable es que este muerto. Es muy triste. :/

Alguien sabe que dice al final? No entiendo que dice x.x

it doesnt necessarily have to be about abortion, my interpretation of this song has always been about a woman who is pregnant but for whatever reason, maybe due to death or separation the father of the child will not be there.
