  • All I'm thinking is, who's gonna clean that sh*t up?

  • @kierandempsey1 afterwards all the kids and everyone were allowed to go round and collect as many balls as they could to keep

  • The original version for the song used features kids going down a hill and some different coloured small balls, just saying. /watch?v=wcv3v6XfEvM&feature=related

  • That frog has a death wish.

  • hahaha 06:45 sounds exactly like the american voice my friend always does XD

That guy really is a living parody of himself.

  • bleurgh!

  • This is my most favourite commercial ever (except of the Budweiser commercials with Clydesdale horses) and I was pleased to see the making of it, good job!

  • Beautiful commercial! And now 50,000 lost bouncy balls have landed up in the Great Pacific Garbage Patch...

  • The Knife song

  • i would have love to be there at the time :D

  • did they stage the dog and frog or just by chances???

  • It should be illigal to show this in anything under 720p!!!

  • opps forgot to hit the record button

  • I was very surprised when I found out that they actually did this for real. First time I saw it, I thought it was all special effects. They should make more commercials like this. Love it <3

  • Haha, he said balls

  • i would buy a Sony Bravia just to watch this in better quality

  • great advertising.

can any1 pls tell me the name of the song that starts at 2:33

  • @thefunkymango

four tet - everything is alright

  • @pedrohin thanx a lot! :D

  • I just saw Mrs Doubtfire looking out the window

  • Very nice song!

  • Bet they didn't use a Sony video-cam..

  • the best video on you tube

  • 12 people have had their bouncy balls stolen befor this advert was made

  • 12 people are colour blind

  • i Love Sony

  • Why can't people just roll thousands of bouncy balls down a street without the intention of making money out of it? It frustrates me that such a wonderful, inventive and joyous piece of filmmaking has a monetary, corporate and shallow purpose behind it.

  • @brighdaylen Mostly because it would cost thousands of dollars to roll thousands of balls down a street.

  • @christhe1der Good point, lol

  • @brighdaylen Maybe, just maybe you would go to jail for mass littering the streets. Money has to be involved to close of streets, cleaning it up, the extremely expensive camera's (some of those shots were slowed down times 10, try keeping the framerate up with a cheap camera) etc.

What I think is funny is that they pretend like it really matters that Sony did it, they are selling a TV, not a lifestyle... it makes them look like Apple, aka idiots.

  • i like the bit with the balls

  • I think theyre trying to show that sony has colour like no other, I could be wrong though....

  • song is perfect :)

  • i love the part with the bouncy balls!

  • "there's something important about doing this for real, and not cheating."

i'm so thankful for someone with all the options of using the most advanced technology and adding over-the-top-effects acknowledges that the most realistic thing is still that what is real.

  • @DropoutDesigns if you're so thankful go and buy a bravia.

  • @DropoutDesigns Well I think everyone "acknowledges" it, but it's a money issue - CGI is much cheaper and easier to make, and often times looks just as realistic. That's proven by the fact that today, for the most part, we can't even tell what's CGI anymore.

  • lol i thought they did it with after effects and kinda stuff but now 250k balls lol :D

  • RAMIREZ! Collect those bouncy Balls For The Whole US Ranger Army!

  • best commercial i have ever seen..

  • what happened, adverts like these used to make my day :D

  • gr8 job,gr8 visualization,and gr8 way of implimentaion.

it's really intresting work for camera traking, vfx and composting.

  • was the frog planned?

  • I feel sorry for the poor bastard that has to go round picking them all up.

  • i always thought this one was done virtually/digitally. good effort.

  • one of the best commercials evahhh!

  • anyone know what the new sony bravia advert were theres a car shase sence and australian style traffic lights in it

  • The last thing on my mind when I see this is buying a TV.

  • @LaughingOutKraut Yeah but the effect of it is when in the future you go into a store and buy a tv and see sony you'll remember this particular ad.

  • @Karolinka221 Nope, I don't think so. I remembered the ad when I saw it again on Youtube, but I forgot what it was advertising for.

  • cheers to the knife ;)

  • @zedoc76 indeed the knife is freaking awesome

  • This song is very lovely...do you know what´ś the name of this song, please? Who is the singer?? Or is this song only for this ad? Thank you!!!

  • @ZitaCh23

    Jose Gonzalez - Heartbeats

  • poor frog got fucked down a hill :(

  • I friggin <3 this song <3 <3 <3

  • 11 people with sfairesphobia disliked this video

  • throw 200,000 bouncy balls down my street please :D i want to make art out of them.. + i always lose seperate high-bounce balls. i find this a talented idea turned into life and i love it. :D

  • It's not by that rip off merchant Gonzalez but by a Swedish band called "The Knife"....it's miles better

  • What's name the second song 2:32?

  • @RobertSuchy It's the intro song for On Point, a NPR radio show.

  • I love the advert and always have but I find it patronising how they talk about the process of 'creating' this advert, there's no artistic flair. These people have degrees and years in advertising and they sat in a room and came up with 'chucking bouncy balls down a street', its condescending to the viewers to present it as if any old idiot couldnt do the same. Its a good concept but don't be ridiculous, children could have come up with this.

  • This advert is amazing and so artistic and creative .. much love for this defo <3

  • it will be nice idea to stick C4 in those "balls" XD "EPIC" KABOOM!!! ALLAH AKBAR!!!

  • Sony sux... they dont even use their own software to make movies... OMG

  • what sony should do is get two planes on cables and crash them together and coloured pencils should fly out .

  • OMG I would have loved to have watched that on the day. LOL.

  • How beauty subtlety turns to corporate horror.

  • i love that song! i love frisco! i don't know why, but this advert almost makes me cry... i miss the city... i wanna be there, with all that bouncing balls, in the sunshine with my best friend...

  • my favourite advert i think i had my mouth open dribbling at the end of it...AMAZING

  • mesmerising. Hypnotic. Wonderful I swear this is the only advert that sends me into a trance every single time I watch it.

  • This advert makes me want to have a career in advetising, its so perfect (:

  • this film is so beautiful, the music fits so well with the video, theres something natural about it and thats what makes it so amazing. the only downside to it is that its for commercial gain, it would have been perfect if it wasnt advertising a TV

  • cudowne to jest.

  • This is the only commercial in years which actually grabbed my attention. The Benadryl one is good as well, you know the battle against allergies one...

  • POWTARZAMY KURWA!

  • ciekawy jestem, kto to posprząta ;>

  • Thought that it was made in a studio, I'm really surprised.. and everything had to be shot at one approach.

    Almost forgot- brilliant music

  • This commercials in great. One of the best ive seen. And the songs awesome too. Its really relaxing.

  • I think this commercial is awesome. I love it!

  • I love this advert! ;)

  • this video wins

  • Thats why we choose Sony!

  • this advert broke the record for most props used in one advert. i must admit i thought it was computerized for years. i can just imagine them rooting around afterwards trying to collect all the balls up again lol

  • świetne to jest.

ja też bym chciał coś takiego zrobić w swoim mieście ;PP

    dobry pomysł ktoś miał :))

  • cool!!!

  • I love this commercial. Though its not influencing me to buy a Sony Bravia but it is influencing me to buy bouncy balls...

  • @benjy94benjy ya i agree very distracting and offsetting!

  • My 2 year old son requests this video when he sees me sit down at the computer. We love it!

  • wtff?

  • @nesquik234 wtf?

  • Screw Sony. They should spent their money on afters sales support instead of flashy ads. I spent 4 thousand on the top of the line sony vaio laptop, and they refused to repair a broken enter key under warranty , and wanted to charge THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS to replace a 20 cent plastic part. Then the screen developed a fault, which they also refused to fix under warranty. Don't beleive the hype.

  • beautiful colors..even the background music matches the advertisement. cool!

    ledtvscreens(dot)org

  • So is Sony like... everyone else? lol

  • What a load of bollocks.....

  • I think it's funny that the ad portrays serenity and peacefulness of the balls coming down the hill in super slow motion, when the reality is they came pummeling down the hill, with a noise like thunder, setting car alarms off and everyone needed protective gear to stop getting injured! Quite the opposite of peaceful!

  • @ 6:46 - Err, every Wednesday, at 3pm!

  • Were can i buy the dvd of this, the making of the Sony add.thanks

  • Um... I was only interrested in the "making off" , I didn't want to hear the long and boring corporate drivel. i thought the balls were in C.

PS : LOLs! at the vitriolic comments on here.

    Viel spass lmao!

  • This is truly a beautiful ad, I wish it wasn't just an ad for a TV.

  • what a beautiful fact/ gift that we can see the colours!

  • so nice=)

  • @oreosmooshy why don't you shut up because the English language is not called the American language and if someone from England says colour has a u in it then it does.

  • We need more of this. I get so irritated at all the commercials nowadays. With something like this you laugh, enjoy and still take the message Sony want to give us.

  • @Battlefield111 yeah, it's this kinda stuff that you remember.

not all these other halfassed&annoying commercials.

  • @Battlefield111

Yeah I know. Nowadays you see commercials with 80's tunes and music it's extremely annoying. Annoying music all the time and cheesy ass lines.

  • Ugly has a "u"

  • Um... Why are they? They're in place for the people's protection! You clearly don't realise how far and fast those bouncy balls went down the street!

  • jeez dont take it so seriously :L

  • They're not taking it too seriously - it's all for health and safety.

  • actually i was talking about my comment, not the plastic masks...god fuck me guys CHILL.

  • that's right americans, colour with a "u". (:

  • I wish they'd have cut out all the corporate bollocks. I only wanted to watch the bouncy ball bit.

  • Does the frog have any significance ?

  • the name of this song?

  • "Heartbeats" of José Gonzalez

  • awessome aweson aweshailmyself

    hohoho

  • Thanks for this, the advert & making of all in one ...It's perfect for my Business Studies class and I'm gonna use it when I teach them marketing/ advertising.

It will blow them away ! Thanks again.

  • i would love to have been there, like nortikkafani1 said, at the bottom of the hill amd they coming at you......wow

  • this send u in to a daze it draws u in this is sick

  • fuck off. this is an amazing ad. yu noob.

  • Imagine the littering fine.....yikes.

  • i´d liked to have been at the bottom of the hill when this was made. imagine over 250 000 balls coming straight towards you.

  • would probably hurt a bit

  • Would hurt, but would be fantastic :)

  • i love this part with frog

  • *ribitt*

  • someone go stand in the middle of all the balls bouncing hahahah, tht would be jokes

  • I never realised this advert was from sony, maybe i wasn't paying attention.

  • Im glad i finally found this advert on here,

i remember when i first saw it,

I have always been a fan of sony products having got all of their consoles out at the moment and knowing how good their TV's etc are but this advert is just something differrent to all adverts ive seen, the song fits it perfectly, its just relaxing to watch and it just looks good with all the bright colours, the slow motion makes it look even better and the scene with the frog is great :)

  • good it's not me that has to clean all that up after the filming :P

  • wowee i wish i was there to grab a load of them lol, sony bravia like to express colours in wierd but cool ways lol, throw bouncyballs down a hill, paint a load of houses... more please!

  • czy ktoś wie co za muzyka? kto ją wykonuje?

  • wszystko jest w opisie filmu.....

  • If anyone has ever been in love then ou will understand how i feel about this advert.
