Toom many people think Wales is a part of England - it is NOT! Here's a little geography lesson: the British Isles are made up of England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland and are quite distinct from each other. Wales evn has its own language - Welsh! The Welsh are a Celtic people, whereas the English are 'Anglo-Saxons', originally from Germany. Of course, there has been quite a bit of inter-marrying over the centuries, so things can be a bit fuzzy sometimes. Cheers!

Queen Elizabeth II is the monarch of the U.K. Some powers are devolved to the Northern Irish and the Welsh assemblies, and (rather more) to the Scottish Parliament. Queen Elizabeth is also the monarch of the States of Jersey, the Bailiwick of Guernsey, and the Isle of Man, but they are not part of the UK or EU. The U.K. is part of the European Union.

All of the territories mentioned are part of the British Isles, including the Republic of Ireland. (Don't tell them!). Confused?
By the way, Matt Monro is the finest English singer ever to live, and this is a lovely song.
There are a lot of great artists out there, but overall there is non-better then Matt Monro, he is the only vocalist I will listen to everyday, usually several times a day. Thanks for posting, "What To Do;" it's awesome.
Mr. Monro was a very humble person. No airs. I admire him. He's my idol.
