  • i just don't see no chest muscles moving!

  • thats not really alot to be real with u

  • This is such an easy machine. You made it way too easy by pushing the weight from too low of an angle.

  • awesome band and song you got :]

  • these guys complaining probably have never done that much weight proveing there retards nd should keep it shut xD

  • lol look at his feet swinging.he looks like humpty dumpty sitting on the wall

  • your doing like some weird ass dip movement

  • straight Gorilla strength, good motivation video bro

  • ur a beast good job bro

  • a good guide to fallow is that when you sit down your but should alway be on the seat, and the bar,or handles in this case so be aligned with your nipple line, your useing ure triceps,,shoulders basically to lift it

  • Given your above advice it evident to me that you never lifted anything over 2 plates per side (maybe 2 and change) on Hammer Strength Chest Machines. If you have you would not why I did what I did. Take a look at any video where there is 4-5 plates per side on Hammer Line and see how the lifter initiates the start.

  • well i might of lifted 5 plates a side, but for a guy my size 4 plates and a ten for 8reps is pretty good, not to mention i used proper form,im not saying ure push wasent good, its verry excellent that u can press that,im just saying you will get alot more mustle stimulation and growth in your chest if u ,do it at ure nipple line ,u should sit down on the bench and itgthen the belt more making sure u dont cheat

,cuz it looks like u got alot more space underneat u,just tryign to help ye out

  • I thought you were talking about the initial start by "should alway be on the seat" and if you start like that with this weight you will tear a pec. You are correct lower seat position/handle at nipple line will increase ROM which = better muscle stimulation/recruitment. But you will need someone to help pull the handles at the start to get into position without injury. I get shitload of comments on hammer/ curl vids and seldom on squats/dl/bench/press and those are the ones that really matter.

  • @NikkiBoy21 Adding the extra plates on the handles does almost nothing. Almost all of the travel of the handles is horizontal, resulting in very little vertical lift component. Plus, for the first six inches of travel, the handles actually travel downward, resulting in a slight reduction in vertical weight. To demonstrate this, just put some plates on the handles, and they will move, raising the end you'd normally put plates.

  • @edmonddion yup... I guess brains and brawn arent always compatible.

  • @emodudddeee: wow are you a personal trainer? you must work at 24 hour fitness or something?

  • you up too high for decline press buddy, this isnt any lift...

  • nice weight there but aren't you a little high on the seat? the weight is coming as low as your stomach and its only a few inches off your legs, its more like a dip

  • It's a machine so there is some leeway. I picked this position because it felt better and I could actually get into position to press some weight. Sometimes you just gotta nut up and rep it out.

  • yea nice job with it, keep up that good work

  • Wow, you are a tank, Brother. Keep up the awesome work. 5 stars

  • That is in fact a decline press that is why I put "

Hammer Strength Decline Press" in the heading. Not sure what you mean by the rest.

  • Sorry i thought decline you push more up then like down.. so thats why i thought it was incline.

  • You're way too low down on the seat. The handles should be level with your collarbone or as close as you can get it. Improper form to just pile on more plates isn't bodybuilding, that's EGOBUILDING

  • that would make it an incline press. this is a decline.

  • actually he is too high, he needs to come down about 8 inches or so.

  • It's idiots like you, why I have to pay a yearly maintenance fee to my gym to repair/replace equipment.

  • It's because of whinny bitches like you that gyms turn into Planet Fitness centers. And when was the last time you actually went to gym and trained? LOL. @ repair fees, I have to put up with higher costs because they added plasma TVs and couple more treadmill to accommodate fags like you. So STFU!

  • Lmao, this coming from the morbidly obese fag who thinks he's huge cause of muscle? bitch you're fat step on a treadmill.

and the last time I was at the gym was yesterday, do you want the last time i wiped my ass too? ok bet you tell me everytime you replace your tampon you sissy skirt wearing fag and ill tell you the last time I've been to the gym lmao. ta ta xoxo lmao fag.

  • For some reason all these "gym experts" never have videos up of their proper lifting that does not "damage the equipment". Yet talk shit, and want to give advice on shit they have absolutely no fucking iclue about, here is the deal bro If I need help with some Street Fighter games I'll sure to look you up but I think this lifting thing I can manage on my own.

  • That is true, very good point. Nice job on the workout!

  • People not taking advantage of these machines are really missing out. Alternating this kind of lift with traditional free weight movements will do wonders for your strength.

  • nice one, nikki !

  • yo five plates is beast for real but i don't think putting the weight on the handles is helping. the angle is wrong or something

  • It did add resistance but I remember the plates where hitting my legs and was real uncomfortable with them there.

Not directed at you just observation. I see Hammer Chest Machine and Curl vids get the most views and comments, and mostly none on Deadlifts and Squats I guess all these experts only train chest and biceps LOL.

  • hey man i've tried this machine and it's not the easiest and Great Job Nikki. People talking shit about free weight only are stupid what kind of mentality is that they wouldn't have machines and free weights in a gym if it wasn't useful

  • Heh yep, don't limit your arsenal. Use both for best results.

  • Free weights or nothing here.

  • Why don't you post up little man...NikkiBoy is strong using machine or free. What are you trying to prove?

  • Who is showing off? This machine was part of my basic workout rotation when I was doing DC Training. Look at my recent videos with free weights if that's what you want to see. LOL at "no spot" and "Get real and get off the machines" At 5ft 10in and 185 i'd keep those #'s to myself, let alone give out advice to others.

  • the 25 pound weights travel downwards for the first 1/2 of the range so they help the lift. I'm 59, 173 pounds and do sets of 8 reps with 4 plates plus a 25 on each side... This guy is strong, but for a big guy I'm not impressed at all.

  • Sorry to disappoint, maybe at 59 I can reach your heights.

  • there is no pulley involved whatsoever. and yes, they are very easy compared to free weights. i weigh 150 and can rep 360 ten times on that machine

  • It's true, even though I weight less than 150 I can do the same the same weight this foo was doing on this machine minus the 25lbs on the handles. This shit is damn easy because it's just leverage. The ratio would be like one third or nearly of the free weight. I am not exactly accurate but it's near. Now try this free weight. The weight is true according how much you load the barbell with. No leverage principle but gravity with weight unattached and raw.

  • LOL thank you for the LULZ ahahahahahh! If you think this is so easy "because it's just leverage" post a video of said lift before you talk shit. Only on youtube 150lb e-trainers outlift everyone.

  • Ohh man,how I wish I had a fuckin camera to fucin show u man. I'm not talkin shit but if u can't stand it, find get offended. I'm not here to make enemies. That is the first thing I want to avoid. I am just simply replying back to a previous comment before this one. At no point there was no slander towards anyone. I don't no why you have to get personal and talk shit direct. I am not a fat ass but lift like one. And yes, in the future once I obtain a recordin device, I will post a video.Good day

  • You said "I weight less than 150 I can do the same the same weight this foo was doing" and now you backpedaling about not talking shit? I've been posting videos for quite some time now and I've yet to see those 150lb e-strongmen have any vids up of themselves. Take a wild guess why that is? If you think you can lift my weights weighting less than 150 you would be in ELITE class.

This is me messing on a machine my

Squat is 475,Dead 545,Incline Bench 325. And your 150lb ass can do the same?

  • It is people like u that punk others. I was simply replying back 2 a comment and still you are bitching about it. Well you know what, I don't have to prove myself to others. Even if I can do nearly the same amount, I won't take pride and glory over strenght. It is superficial and limited 2 just depend on strenght. I focus on other aspects rather than lift heavy and taking biguous pride of proving it. I focus on overall charater rather than bronze. Keep on lifting, it seem 2b ur potential field.

  • Free weight is way harder. That's why I only do free weight training old school.

  • thats inclined haha

  • decline is 4 suka's

  • why is the seat so high up? The higher the seat, the easier the lift!!!! Dude, get your ego check and use less weight!!!

  • if that's like the one i use, the seat doesn't go low enough for your feet to touch the ground. the chair is at an awkward angle so that it's actually as the title implies, a DECLINE press. i.e. the angle has to force you to be pushing down even if the weights are going straight.

  • @jenbecht thats how fatties do it:(

  • That is good.

  • Machines are much easier then Free weight !

All machines like that have a pulley ( If I spelled that right).

  • So what? Machines are great tools to complement your routine. I use both in my training.

  • haha there is nothing wrong with that form u retard

  • U will look the same next year and the next with form like that. Do you know what muscle you are even supposed to be working? U should strap up your neck to since you got everything else strapped up. Stop posting vids and watch a vid on how to work out there slim.

  • What you mean to tell me a form perfectionist such as yourself does not have a single video up? I was expecting the see the utmost perfect form when I clicked your account but I only saw another e-trainer with a strong keyboard warrior skills.

  • lol. good idea with the plates on the handles i cant fill it up yet but im pretty close and i was thinking what do i do when i do. loll

  • what song is this

  • Lordi- Blood Red Sandman

  • Why the weight belt bro?

  • I push my abs against the belt. This helps me stay nice and tight during the set.

  • Oh ok cool, I've been seeing a lot more belts lately. Looking strong Nikki, keep it up man

    -Dave

  • I really think you should increase the ROM... The push starts at your navel. Seriously, you are doing half reps on a Hammer machine, no offense but if you took off a couple plates and started at the pec line, you would see much better development.

  • I think you should post up some of your vids before spouting off left and right!

  • I wouldn't call them half reps, but the seat is way too high. His feet are off the ground, and the press starts about navel high, like you said.

He's a strong guy, sure, but that high seat position makes the lift easier.

  • i wish the hammer strength machines held more weight.

  • great work. Can anyone tell me where I can get more info on DC training?

    thanks
