I HAD ALL STATE FOR OVER 20 YEARS.I TURNED IN 1 CLAIM ON A CAR THAT WAS VANDALIZED.. I HAD SEVERAL CARS AT THE STORAGE LOT THAT GOT DAMAGED BUT ONLY HAD INSURANCE ON IT.THEY MADE UP A B.S. STORY AND SAID I HAD SOMEBODY DO THE DAMAGE TO COLLECT THE INSURANCE.I DROPED ALLSTATE AND WENT WITH STATE FARM..BEEN THERE EVER SINCE.
Same here. I sued ALLSTATE and they wouldn't pay out until we went to court, and I won. $100,000. Thanks for the house ALLSTATE. I use GMAC and they pay. Nice commercials, but I wouldn't be stupid enough to put up with their claims adjusters.
