@TrickrrTreat I've payed attention to that part, its acctually plastic, see its like a door. and when it reaches part of a point it activates a sound of a window breaking. So once something pops out of it its swings open and creates a sound. My theory, I'm not SURE. but I think so.

Much better than clunky animatronic creatures driven by pistons and such. A few suggestions from what I saw. People wearing over the head masks need to also wear contact lenses and black makeup around the eyes. Creatures that come after you, but are chained or detained just before they can reach you are scarier than just jumping out, stopping and backing away. Gargoyle at the end was excellent.
