First off, I love dogs, I own a rotty mix and a frenchie. And I have a 3yr old son.

BUT I would NEVER EVER let my baby bite/chew/lick on either of my dogs. I have to say, it is quite gross.

My baby cousin did this before.. But she did it to a pitbull.. The dog Bit her upper lip and now her lip is fucked up.. (not really a nice way to put it) The parents should have stopped the baby.. Dogs bite back..

i think this is actually good for the baby because getting some germs can help your immune system get stronger. i think the baby is going to be fine. :)

Is that dog chewing on a bone?!!! So incredibly stupid to put your infant next to a dog with a bone, let alone let it mess with the dog like, while it's chewing a bone. Stupid parents like this are why pit bulls have a bag name.

that's definately not a good idea to let your baby do something like that. even though nothing happened this time, that dog will eventulally turn and attack the child. i know because it happened to me when i was younger. my parents allowed me to mess around with our dogs and one of them eventually got me in my face. definally not something i would want to see another child go through. it caused me to fear dogs for most of my life. please be careful.

first of all: cute!!

and second to those complaining about hygiene: There are more germs in the dogs mouth then in its fur. So it's actually "healthier" to bit the dog, then to by licked by it ;) and I'm sure most people that have a dog survived that :D
