So beautiful !!! I really loved how you did this. My Question: Is the rubbing buff permanent or will it rub off like a chalk ? I have never used the rubbing buff before but would love to try it. TFS
great project as usual for you. But please explain on belly band. Do you score 2 3/4 inches from the seam or do you score on the 2 3/4 inch mark? there is a 1/2 inch difference. Please let me know. thank you, Linda aka Oz
