You should go to one of their "military exhibitions" where they showcase all of the latest technologies to what you would call not the most stable buyers. The highest bidder wins, and the UK has along history with the US of providing weapsons. Some good education on this subject can be found by reading the Scott Report, Astra Holdings, Matrix Churchill and there are many more of them.
