yep definitely. however using the solar obliteration method I have seen real ufos very high in the sky. Once I saw 5 v shaped ones flying in formation. They must have been miles wide also. I could tell they were very high up. I also saw many many disc shaped ones

if you film insects and birds with camcorders, and you understand how a camera works, you will see what appear to be flying rods, but they are insects and birds... i embarassed myself sending my friends rod footage, then they sent how they were made, just film some bugs and you will see flying rods...

also, maybe the cloak aparaition was a speck of moisture that evaporated eventually and when there distorted the focus behind it?

Its a moth. Normal cameras record at 30fps, a moths wings move around 85bps. The camera just creates an artifact because its interpreting what you see, making it look like you saw a rod.

There have been several tests which showed that CAMERAS where creating these blurred effects. The 'Rods' were either bugs, such as MOTHS, or other objects propelled at high speeds. Although, some vidoes could not be explained. So, people immediatly think, "It's a UFO!" or "It's from the 4th dimension." But there's WAY not enough evidence to prove ANY of the theories.

I really hoped that at least these creatures were real. D:

Those are just insects. They're just too fast for the camera's frame exposure time, which looks exactly like that. Keep it up though, a real UFO might appear :)

well not sure about everyones rods or skyfish sightings, however ... in August 2007 Japan, my husband and I came witnessed a skyfish. We were on a 3rd floor balcony. Not near any main water or mountains. And one flittered right up to us about six inches away. We both were shocked & said "skyfish!!!" When I reached into my purse to get out the phone to try take a photo, it backed off a bit, so I decided to not move at all. After under 1 minute, it just fluttered away!

That sounds similar to an experience I had. I was walking through Stanley park when a skyfish fluttered up next to me. It seemed very curious so I extended my hand. It landed on my hand and I used my other to gently caress it. It began to vibrate and make purring noises like a cat would. After doing this for a few minutes, my buddy ran up behind me and punched me in the spine (as a joke). This startled the Skyfish and it flew away but not before making a hissing sound to express its displeasure.
