  • I love the fact that you wanted to hit 70 squats and you got to 60 and decided that was enough. I've totally don't that when teaching someone an exercise routine.

  • thanks man i have sore martial arts workouts i learned but its always good to learn new ones thanks

  • your right arm is lower and weaker

  • I learned a few things here. Thank you for taking the time to make this, Freddie.

  • you look like you work your chest too much dude

  • when doing this routine, do we do the same number of reps that you are showing in this video, or are you just doing a couple reps for each exercise as an example?

  • @ButtSkin666 i'd say you do 5 reps very slowly and then do one more for each day. killer workout.

  • Try to do the push ups more straight even if its hard because when you do it all the time like that you´ll mess up your back by strengthening your whole core chest and back muscles unevenly. and its really hard to undo that.

  • I would like to know what this has to do with SPIRITUAL martial art...?

  • it's probably my body loosening up since im doing alot of stretches but how comes when i squat sometimes my knee makes a cracking sound, no pain at all though? thanks

  • @DaTruthsHere im no professional but from my own research that is cartilage, because it is not used to that kind of stress on the knee it makes that sound. by the way, dont bend to much your knees or you can actually injure yourself.

this is not professional advice so i cant assure you it is that but from my experience.

  • I do the first exercise sometimes. They remind me of half burpees.

  • thanks freddy. but i am just curious to your body type, as it seems you do alot of exerxises which would make you get lean and defined, but you are big not defined, why is that? is it your diet? or the exercises you do? thanks

  • @AlexnicholasBlakely Body type? what has that got to do with anything? Look at any sport you will not see one body builder. Having short squat defined muscles may look impressive to the eye but its short for show and long for go.

  • Thnx for the video man =], ive been watchin ur videos for a while and i especially like your philosphical side
