Cicero didn't kill your character in Oblivion! Stop spreading that shit around. That's why so many people kill him. Oblivion takes place way before Cicero is even born. Besides, your character is immortal, and that doesn't mean that he's the only Grand Champion, Cicero probably killed another. Bethseda themselves stated that it was a reference to the Adoring fan. THERE, EVERYONE, CICERO DIDN'T KILL YOUR OBLIVION CHARACTER, LET HIM LIVE. HE IS AWESOME. The end.

@Stagetail Of cours ehe kills your oblivion charackter for fuck sae. Why else would bethesda put that fucking journal entry if there was no fucking point in having it. And who cares if your charackter is immortal it just means he Can't die by natural causes. Old age, Disese Etc. It doesn't mean you can't totally get fucked over by physical causes. Being beat to shit by melee or ranged weapons. Imortal just means as long as you don't get fucked over by a living being, You'll survive.

cicero, while being completely batshit insane. In his core, is a faithful follower of sithis and is probably the most loyal to the night mother and for that, I deemed all of his actions justified. That and also, if you read through his journals, dudes been through multiple levels of hell. His friends all dying one by one, his old guildmaster lied to the rest of them. He has done nothing wrong. Astrid did, let him live and you will find out why.

If you've played oblivion and liked the dark brotherhood in that game. You'd understand why you shouldn't kill Cicero. Cicero's actions are justified, he did what he had to do .. and dare I say betheseda outdone themselves in making you take bad decisions here.. Read the wiki, it says Cicero attacks the brotherhood because Astrid says disrespectful things about the night mother. Also, if you do the quest where you enter Dawnstar sanctuary, summon the spectral assassin and he'll comment about it. When you're given the option to kill Cicero, Luchien tells you it's not what Sithis wills. Like it or not, Cicero's actions were mostly justified, Astrid's were not.
