The wonderful thing about NCIS is that the team has a great personality:

Ziva, the amazingly beautiful, israeli assassin who, despite a pretty much perfect english vocabulary, always gets the sayings wrong

Abby, the sweet, caring and random goth who is like a mother to the entire team

Gibbs, the bad ass sniper who has been divorced three times and has his own set of rules that he follows..

The personalities in NCIS is much better than in CSI. The CSIs are a bit unrealistic and not too original.
