Only if u can capture time in slo-mo. The swirling hairshots are played back in slow-mo to show how it flows, and the shine.. well the hairstylist does a great job, and lights do the rest. So yes, even my dowdy hair did look good with the lights when i was sitting in during camera prep for a moment while a talent had her hair done.
