@patrole101 That's fine...you failed 'the test'. If you cannot listen to me make the points that need to be made(and not the points YOU with no skills or experience 'think' I should be making?)then you will never get too far in screen printing. I imagine you waste all kinds of time on TV or vid games and yet you have no time for the voice of VARIED and real experience. So then don't even think you have the patience to print hundreds/thousands of tees, day in and day out. Bye!!!!
ok... I must have hit fast forward about 11 times... he talks A LOT! I was just trying to get his VS comparisons for a LOW END user not a professional person.... I know Yudu is not the best device ever but for people who just use it for craft reasons and don't care about the professional aspects I wanted to hear him talk about THAT not getting into the pro side of things... sure Yudu might be around 200-300 but when you compare it to getting into real screen printing that's just chump change...
@RMDelete Yudu is the WORST equipment out there. I guess I will just have to silently laugh to myself that you have no patience to learn from a pro (about how the good things even a beginner needs to know and have)but you will struggle along for who knows how long...with the WORST geat and supplies in SP. Looks like my videos and what I have to say are not YOUR real problem. WHEN you are NOT AFRAID in learning to even be a good beginner...it won't be on a yudu. Comments toward me? :D :D :D
From my experience, people who talk as much you do to convince people to buy their products are not selling a good product. You keep talking about knowing what you are talking about, yet you are the one screen printing in a laundry room.
@epohnopulse I approved your comment, so I would OWN you with a little truth. I have over 30 years all over the west in EVERY phase of SP. I work out of my home because THAT is what saves people money and I HAVE the most accurate and cost effective. skills backed equipment available. over 3,200 personally build and sold BECAUSE my ethics are honest and my skill is real. Do I care if a small majority does not 'get' that??? NO. Don't talk from experience you clearly do not have. RE: SP or ME.
@zombiezombieful There is no "might be" regarding my screen printing skills. 'Everybody' is a so-called 'web designer'(are you one too??? Yawn...). Read the first paragraph on my site....Screen printing is NOT about web design. it is a process that can(unlike web design) cost you a lot of money if you do not KNOW exactly what you are doing. If you screw up while designing a web page...you lost nothing but some time! Fancy web sites are for those who NEED them. I just speak the truth.
@zombiezombieful I'd say my videos say more and represent far more effort than a web site ever could. But I checked YOUR channel and this is what it says:
'zombiezombieful has no videos available.' So...Get back to me when you have a real place to speak from.
I was absolutely hooked by the YuDu Infomercial. And LUCKILY I checked out YouTube for review videos. Thanks for saving me the trouble my new friend! I will be in touch ;o). It's obvious that you are well educated in the screen printing profession, and I am happy that you chose to share that with the world!
I build equipment for screen printers....IMO: others see those who want to screen print and seek to milk you like you were a cow. THAT makes me mad...it makes me sick...it makes me even more intent on doing what I do for the sake of those who want to get into a trade I really know and enjoy. Screen printing is like a 'park' there are those who come to enjoy it and make it better and there are those who come to use it and leave their JUNK behind for others to clean up!
@dtrain138 also: "faces and halftones" are matters of correct screen choice, image resolution ; ink and SKILL level. It is not a matter so much of the press, at that level of printing, EXCEPT that the press be accurate, as multicolor halftones (on the mechanical side)require a very tight register capability press. But, again, NO PRESS will make one a good screen printer. Past a presses accuracy(and how it helps or not)it is SKILL above all else. The new SP vid series will be on youteesdotnet.
@dtrain138 Great that your designs came out good! I do not mean to 'absolutely' say that a new printer 'cannot do' multi-color. it just is normally not a good idea. but then it all depends on the image and the personal skills also. Some people catch on quick. Which does NOT mean the slower learners are worse off. I TOTALLY screwed up my first print! I was a silversmith back then and could not give a rip about tees(art class project). Ha! things can really change!!! Please sub: youteesdotcom.
I think you have great info, but you take forever to get to the point. I think I'll pass on any other video if they are like this one.
