@GDookie16 Yeah it does! That's where they got the album title from. At some other shows fans held up "Thank You" signs, but then a load of fans decided to hold up "Awesome As Fuck" signs instead. Billie noticed during Good Riddance and it made him laugh and sing "awesome as fuck" in the song, and he tweeted about it afterwards. And now they've named their album after it. Pretty cool :D

I saw this performance in Denver. Green Day debuted Olivia and Cigarettes and Valentines. They were recording live. With this song, Billie was very evocative of Bob Dylan, Woody Guthrie and Hank Williams wrapped up in the coolest punk vibe ever. As always, Green Day did not disappoint. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad to see that they have matured as men and musicians, but i'm tired of their mediocre acoustic ballads. Sorry, but I don't see any of them topping "Good Riddance". And yes, I'm tired of that overplayed song too. Bring on more songs like "Jaded" and "Take Back". Please put the "punk" and "rock" back in punk rock!
