Nothing really special, i just try and do exercise and eat healthy and balanced meals. No vitamins etc. Wash my hair 1-2 times per week, i like joico products, and apply leave-on conditioner. Maybe gene helps too. My hair looks really nice here because i just washed it :)
it's funny how there are more man knowing about terminal hair lenght than woman o.o

haven't had short cropped hair since 1999. Just trimmed my hair two days ago.
