  • i saw this band many times live well two or three,

their problem was they were a one trick pony, all their songs sounded the same

    sell by date,long expired

    late 80s,early 90s,

  • Thank you for posting this. I have been trying to find just this song for the longest time as well as the band!

  • Please post More x

  • Thank you for this. Could you post Ed Winter please.

  • Just heard this on Creedon and it's superb, top ten albums of all time John reckons, I don't see or hear a problemo with that, stucking funning!!

  • My German Lover was a great album. My German lover at the time bought it for me! :) It would be great if more songs could be posted here. "Simply Beautiful" was another great song. Thanks for posting this. :)

  • They were one of the many bands ripped off in the 1990's with help from Enterprise Ireland, an Irish government agency - so their material has been illegally sold in the USA through Walmart with not a cent going back to my friend Kieran Duddy et al

There has been a federal court case which one of the ripped-off artists involved, Melanie O'Reilly, won

Do a web search on "Irish music scam"

  • They were one of the many bands ripped off

  • Can anybody tell me more about this band? Their album Pike is just brilliant. Can't find anything about them online.

  • @icanabelieveit They had 2 albums . 1st is 'My German Lover'...which is brilliant..i went to see them live in London years ago Fantastic.. I am searching on the for them as well my friend !

  • Thanks sooooo much for this!!! Got any more? Reminds me of being a teenager in Dublin.

  • Thank you Sopkrula.... I first heard this song on a compilation album and played to death. We got as much as we deserved by dropping acid on a dangerous kerb.... the closer he came to being profound and the closest i came to loving him

  • I like this band and this song!

  • Great stuff, and Kieran is such a nice man as well

  • Thanks for this ....i love this saw them in London 1996 i think? and My German Lover is one of my Favorite albums for reasons unknown !! Brilliant x

  • I first Hada to Hada way back in 1995 They were awesome live. I am very surprised not to find more of their music here

  • So good to hear this again. A post of "Oceanographer" would be good. Keiran Duddy is on Facebook somewhere. H2H where like finding a diamond in a mountain of rock. Thanks for the post.

  • I played the keyboard on this. It was recorded at The Interference studios on John Dillon street in Dublin and was literally done in twenty minutes we ran through it once and hit the record button.

  • Loved this band in Dublin many years ago playing at An Beal Bocht and Whelans. I don't think Belinda (the oboist) was involved after they disappeared in the mid-90s, but Keiran Duddy was still doing stuff a few years ago. They were once called "Dublin's best-kept secret", and unfortunately it stayed that way. Thanks for posting.

  • could you post oceanographer please?

  • @missstephanieelaine Now that is a song !

  • Ooooh, nice one for uplaoding this, must put some up myself, love this band, thanks for posting this

  • Just heard Niagara on Lyric FM, its excellent, we need more music like this, any news on a Hada to Hada concert???
