@london7177 Hahahaha! In the comments people call it big dipper. other videos of the ride call it big dipper. The top of the station with the tear drop sculpture has in big letters "BIG DIPPER" even the pleasure beach call it the big dipper....LOL!
A very good recreation. I can go back to the days when the 'Dipper' was covered in all the way from the station to the foot of the lift hill. A near-disastrous fire many years ago ended all that. I also recall the original trains with no restraints at all! Just a rail to hold behind the seat in front. Mind you I have been a rider for a good few years! A great ride then, still a great ride now!! The rattles and bumps are totally unpredictable each time you ride The Big Dipper!!
the Dipper is one of my favourite rides and i would love to have been on the ride at least once with no restraints! Funny how they use to have signs saying "ride at your own risk" and now your straped in with no room to breath!
I was at Blackpool once, but never went on the Big Dipper coz my friend said that its was a lot like the grand national and, since we went on it in the dark ... It sorta gave me a fright ... I didint know what I was missing =[
Oh yes, it is a great ride, its a stomach tingler of a ride. LOL! But beacuse some of the hills have a strange amount of airtime, the back seat is very rough on the spine.
I really dont think a rollarcoaster lags

After the lift hill the turn doesn't have a right handrail in real life. Other than that, it's absolutely perfect. 5/5
lolkid669 5 months ago
@lolkid669 dosent have a rail on eather side, bit scary if you start thinking if the wheels break off now!
And the turn is more sharper in real life, still dunno how the train manages to keep moving on this impossable turn! must be greased to death.
