@jowildcat40 lol prolly a few minutes considering how long the raptor could keep up and was able to evade the t-rexes bites, the problem is that the raptor wouldn't be able to fight much his only chance would be run in circles evading the bites eventually tiring the t-rex down or force him to trip over his own feet.

@raptros I think the raptor would fight like wolves in a pack, however if they were alone they would flee for their lives. All the T-Rex gotta do is nom him at the right moment.

@jowildcat40 i think alone he would flee as well if he had the chance but if he was forced to fight i suppose raptors because they are fast also have quick reflexes, they must be experienced fighters because i have a feeling most of the prey animals they hunted knew at least how to fight back so i don't think it would simply sit there and wait for the rex to nom him, not that he would stand a chance but i think it would try.

@raptros most animals have the primal instinct of running away if they know they can't win. i presume if a lone raptor were to see a t-rex in the wild, it would bolt, simply because it had no real 'need' to kill it, and has the speed to run away and live, thus not actually needing to 'fight for its life'. a pack of raptors however may try to take one down, as it would feed the entire pack.

@Yellow13Firestorm you have these slots for each move and everytime you gain an upgrade for a certain move it's name and color changes basically it just means that it's an upgrade the the previous move thus stronger not sure why not just change the color, cause it's the same move/same animation but it's how it works.

@TheCarlos1299 you can ignore the boring story line, you go through an island doin these battles your dinosaur unlocks new attacks with experience and then you use these DNA pieces to activate and power up his attacks, it's basically like pokemon but with dinosaurs and the battles are in semi real time.

@LostheartDarkclan you basically scanne the bar codes of boxes to get these DNA pieces you then use them to activate attacks there are several types of pieces all with different forms so you basically choose the best ones to activate and make an attack stronger.

@LostheartDarkclan the scanner used to come with the game but you no longer need it if get this version of the game "dinosaur battles" it comes with a butt load of DNA pieces you can use to power up the dinosaurs. the only thing you really need to do is manage the pieces well because although the game has alot of them there's 6 dinosaurs and loads of different attacks, so you'll end up swaping pieces from dino to dino and deactivating a certain attacks to get pieces for another

When did that game come out? Was the technology avaiable back then so weak that they couldn't have the combat interactions appear to be a bit more realistic? Also, why it's so unnaturally balanced? An effective head bite from a T-rex on a raptor should take enough health points to kill instantly

@TiagoTiagoT because the fighting mechanics works around values, accuracy values, damage values, effort values and defence values. Simply put i worked my raptor's HP but at the same time I rose it's defence quite a bit, what happened is that this made the bite cause little damage, even if it looked like it could tear the raptor apart, it's all about values.
