  • "FROM COMMON SENSE"

The real problems you don't understand the difference between LEGAL and LAWFUL.

    The issue is the language.

de·le·gal·ize - To revoke the legality of

, and everyone saying we should make Marijuana legal is ignorant and stupid, and don't know about what they are saying.

Marijuana is already legalized that's why it is illegal to use it, and that is the VERY ISSUE.

Is what people should say is that they want to DE-LEGALIZE MARIJUANA.

Its illegal to use but not unlawful

  • Start the movement!!!!

    board.rapmusic.com/420lounge/

  • @PureReLeaf IT'S HARDLY LEGAL IF EVERYONE'S GOT THE GODDAMN FEDS UP THEY'RE ASSES! PLEASE VOTE TO LEGALIZE MARIJUANA! THANKS!

  • "The use of medical marijuana but not the sale" How the fuck does that work?

Thats like saying you can drive your car but buying one is illegal. California sucks

  • funny, the people who are against medical marijuana have never suffered from nausea from chemo. if they did, they'd feel alot diff-ernt

  • they do have thc pills there good for ya

  • OF COURSE THE FAT MAN WAS WORRIED ABOUT MCDONALDS AND STARBUCKS!!!!!!!!!

  • Alright, I am by no means an expert here. So I have this question. If it is not about just getting high, then why don't they have THC pills? I agree that Marijuana may help alleviate the pain for some, but it seem like it is just a scam when you see some of the people coming out of these "clinics".

  • @brushout There are THC pills..

  • @brushout Marijuana does not relieve pain, that's been proven as well. It helps take the users mind off of the pain or counteract the nausea caused by the RX pills they have taken for their illness.

  • @brushout Because marinol has been linked to deaths, and THC isn't the only active cannabinoid in marijuana. There are many cannabinoids in the plant that work together to produce the effects. THC is what causes the buzzy high, and some others counteract the psychoactive effect of it. I suffer from several ailments, one involving intense bouts of nausea, and I was given marinol and it caused anxiety. Indica's do not cause anxiety for me. There are scammers, but it helps many people.

  • My name is Pierce and I was hoping you could answer a few unanswered questions for me. I smoked marijuana illegally in my back yard with one of my buddies when i was suffering from a migraine. The migraine completely went away and yet i was caught, when i told my dad that the migraine went away he said I may be able to get it for medical use. I am 14 and live in the state of Texas and the city of Houston. Might I be able to get marijuana for medical use only?

  • @TheBlamedSaints haha nope. You're 14, you live in Texas, and a migraine is not a serious enough sickness. I live in Texas, you can't get a doctors recommendation from here. There are no dispensaries here. It sucks. I have ulcerative colitis. Now that's a legit sickness. But can't get weed here. If I was in Cali or wherever else they got it legalized, thats another story. But Houston, Texas? Forget it.

  • @slimslick07 in most medical marijuana states migraines qualify for a legal sickness. I now suffer from horrible migraines after an industrial accident where I received multiple closed head injuries. Mine are triggered by my photo-phobia, meaning bright lights kick my butt.

Topomax to stop the migraines, Lexapro to counter act Topomax depression and Klonopin to stop the anxiety from Lexapro and insomnia from Topomax.

Sound fun? or I can soon eat a cookie twice a day with no side effects ;)

  • @TheAZCS oh sorry. so i had one error in my statement. He still cant get it cuz hes 14 and he lives in texas and im sure he doesnt have chronic migraines.

  • @slimslick07 How are you sure, do you know him?

that's the problem with ignorance, it spreads via assumptions.

  • @TheAZCS well unless he gave false information. He wrote in his statement that he was 14 years old, and he lives in Texas. That's where my information came from. The ignorance was canceled out when he supplied that bit of info. And I would say that yes, my statement was a pretty accurate assumption. No I don't know him personally, but I know for a fact that no dispensary, or clinic would ever give a 14 year old something to smoke, regardless of its benefits.

  • The reason Marijuana will never be legal because prescription drug companies have a vested interested in keeping it illegal. The prescription drug industry knows cannabis is a natural, safer, more effective alternative to the DEATH pills that our doctors over-prescribe Americans. it has been proven effective to treat anxiety, nausea, ADD/ADHD, Chronic pain, MS, and dozens more illnesses all without the risk of addition.

  • You fucking wankers, have to use a substance to escape from your problems, I don't drink, I think we need to prohibit that to! Fucking Unbelievable! You are pathetic if you want to legalize Marijuana! Rely on a substance, I mean get real you hallucinogenic pussies!

  • @FascismIsTheAnswer

How is marijuana worse/different than any perscription drug available on the market today? Legalizing it would allow the government to tax the hell out of a multi-billion dollar industry that otherwise will remain underground and untaxed. Marijuana will thrive with or without legalization. The US gov't would be stupid not to capitalize on it.

We all know the effects of marijuana, we all know it is safer and better for you than alcohol which remains legal and taxed.

  • Legalize it

  • He says there are more medical marijuana dispensaries than there are schools. On that same token there are probably more bars than there are schools, so whats his point? Marijuana is a medicine that does no harm, only helps, and some use it recreationally because it is enjoyable.

  • fuck all those corporations he mentioned i rather see californians make money then the same ceos

  • its google not youtube

  • pot isnt a drug its a herbal remedy for some .

its all a matter of oppinion but i say legalize it.

  • Comment removed

  • On this issue I think it is high time America lighten up. (pun intended)

  • They won't shut them down. Dispenseries provide too much tax revenue!

  • Fuck McDonalds dude! That shit is more unhealthy for you than a joint, trust me. Not one time, have I ever eaten or drinked at McDonalds, without getting sick or having diarrhea later. I've done Marijuana seven times, know what's changed or did to me, NOTHING!

  • cannabis also eases stomach problems and nausea associated with eating crap like Mcdonalds

  • So true. But yet, it can also cause you nausea. When I had the munchies, I ate brownies(normal ones) and when the high was gone, I thought I was going to throw up. So I just stick to drinking water when high and nothing else.

  • @VulcanXL Actually marijuana is known to help nausea. Even better in its more pure form- hashish. It was probably the

brownies that has something to do wth the nausea.

  • @dehsah

I messed up. Those brownies that I had were laced with Marijuana, I wasn't High before I ate them, but High when I started to eat them and felt their effect. I'm thinking being a light weight also was a contributing factor.

  • the sheep have to turn away from the rest of the herd, to be heard. ya dig?

  • FUCK Starbucks!!!!

  • McDonald's.....?

    watch Super Size Me

Caffein must be that guy's drug of choice.

  • legalize it yah!

  • California owns all your states

  • and Canada owns all of your states, including Cali

  • why does youtube have to throw 30 second adds in vids now, dont they make enough money

  • seriously, i thought i was our tube not their tube

  • @R3dLightPl3dge Youtube only gets a percentage from the ads as does the owner of the video you're watching. If they didn't put ads on some of the videos, there would be no youtube partners.

CBS profits from everyone watching their videos on this channel. Without ads, profit does not exist.

  • @R3dLightPl3dge .. better than paying a fee to use it though..

  • Supply is still not meeting demand. To comprehend the epic potential for financially sustainable community check out a film (netflix) called THE UNION. Here in WA as far as I know there is only one dispense and it is a far cry from these places in CA. We only have a few things and it's totally underground. It's an untapped market that will create legitimate jobs within a structure that's already in play, everywhere. Opening a legal dispense is a great small business for single moms. :)

  • yer stupid fuck off dickhead!

  • The fact that there is more dispensaries shows that the majority of people understand how safe marijuana is. Mcdonalds and Starbucks are far worse for you than MARIJUANA!!!!

  • More states need to authorize use for patients with pain. It's cruel to keep it illegal and make those in pain suffer.

  • spread the love

  • A regulated and licensed distribution network would put responsible adult supervision in between children and premature access to drug distribution outlets. Regulated and licensed distribution would reflect and respect society's values, thus preventing children obtaining easy access to theses dangerous substances. What we need is legalized regulation. what we have is a non-regulated black market to which everybody has access and where all the profits go to organized crime and terrorists..

  • if coffee is legal, cannabis use for recreational or medicinal use should be legal too. cannabis is supposed to be as legal as coffee because it's a natural herb, just like 'some' coffee.

most americans are high on some kind of prescription drugs, they eat food with msg, high fructose corn syrup, and countless other man made drugs that are worse for you than cannabis.

it's about time our government stops wasting money and jail space by trying to control what humans do with a natural plant.

  • so what is this saying?

  • Hard to say. It seems that federal law will comply with state legislature. ie allowing patients and caretakers to possess and grow cannabis as is law in 14 states in our great union.

Makes me want to A. move to california or another medical cannabis state or B. change the law in my own.

  • it's saying...smokem if u gottem!

  • "They say they need?" I believe it's certified doctors saying patients would benefit from the use of cannabis.

Just saying that it's not speculation, but a proven fact, otherwise it would not be offered AT ALL.
