Which one? There's none in existence at the moment - the previous one (CV-66) was sunk as target and the next one (LHA-6) was laid down just a couple of months ago.
If you're talking about former SS America, better known as American Star, there isn't much to restore in these days. The bow collapsed to the sea couple of years ago and is just a pile of twisted metal.
