Odyssey NCC - 97000 i have 3 Regular Play Characters My Jannet Troy Riker Character which is at Vice Admiral level 50 my Susan Troi Riker Character is at Rear Admiral Lower Half around level 40 and My KDF Character Jan Daughter Of Worf is a Brigader General somewhere around level 40

you can't put a KIT on a Bridge Officer, only the captain can wear a KIT... the ARMOR you wanted to put on your BOff was one icon left from the kit... ;P

you can right click on the armor while equipped and [disable visuals] when you want to see your uniform instead, same for the kit

also you are a Tactical Captain, so you can only equip Tactical Kits, Engineering Kits are for Engineers... so you can feed that to the replicator.
