Dolorosa Voca Me, Libera Salva Me : You are the voice that calls in the silence You are the light that shines in the dark You hold me in any sorrow See me through every shadow Salva Me : You are the words of the song You are the light You are the music that plays You are the voice You are the day
: You are the words of the song You are the light You are the music that plays You are the voice You are the day : You are the words of the song in the sunrise You are the music that plays at the dawn You hold me if I were falling Hear me if I am calling Salva Me : You are the words of the song You are the light You are the music that plays You are the voice You are the day
@sethg81 this is a part of Saint Saens carnival of the animals, it is called "the aquarium" , those fast notes that are played by bells, or something like it, represent something like bubles in the water. Intresting how they changed the meaning of the song.
i agree!!!!! but its a bit ironic , isn't it??? like , totally funny if you were discussing this song with your friends and they are like , "who's the soloist?" and you and your other friends answer ben and miniben at the same time.......gee , this is long
Of course not! Their voices change. The soloist in the song, Ben Crawley, his voice changed about 5 years ago and now he does technical work and helps write new songs for Libera.
The first time we see an angel coming...this way to sing in coming might be taught by his master the clerk. it also sounds like a music for a walt disney production
he is like the only soloist that i've heard from Libera that actually has Vibrato :P i mean EVERYONE THERE IS AMAZING.. but im curious to know why he is the only one :P
its because most of the libera members join when they are really young, and their voices are trained to use minimal vibrato. Ben, however, joined when he was 11 or 12, after already having previous musical training, so his voice was very unique to the group.
Does anyone know why the boys singing those chords in the background are singing the tune from Aquarium from Carnival of the Animals by Camille Saint-Saëns?

Does anyone know if you can get these (older) recordings on DVD and / or CD? Thanks.
I like many of them more than the newer ones ...

I prefer actually this version to the miniBen newest one. This is more articulate and BigBen's for is stronger and particular...

It's not creepy, it's ethereal, like something you might hear in another realm, like in Heaven.

This is the intro music to Disney's Beauty and the Beast too.

Yes. Not sure if it was this exact version though, I think it might be Ben Philipps live rendition.

This song is based on Aquarium. If you look up the song on Amazon, it will say "Lacrymosa based on Aquarium from Carnival of the Animals"!!
