The renovation has gone horribly wrong, everyone seems to be an opportunist, and it looks like at the expense of me and my children having a house....we will see..in the meantime, I have (because of this) decided to run away and visit friends...so I am in the UK right now. Thinking I may hire a different company to finish the project on the house, and me and the boys will just stay here for 3 months...talk about a homebody who is adventurous!xx

Hey Diane, have you been working out while on P2? Or are you just planning on doing it? Most days I feel really tired if I try any kind of exercise. I plan on P3 heavy exercising. I cannot wait! I miss that feeling of an awesome workout... boxing is such a great outlet! Love it.
Hey Jen, I do a little compared to what I want to do and can push my body to do. When I was boxing I was really quick and had explosive power. I remember going to meet some promoters and they thought I was 150lbs. but I was 200 lbs at the time. You have to understand that their sense of what a person weighs by just looking at them was very accurate since that's what they did for years. They were so excited to find me. Looking how I looked and being a female HEAVYWEIGHT!
i think your letting this diet get to you thats why i believe its important to do it correctly and take the required 6week break so you can get back to living!
If I do that then that means I'd have to stop my hard training that I will pursue because I have to go back to P2. Not going to do that. Just doing P2 now. Get that over with so I can move on with my fitness pursuits.

Ive been tempted so many times, but today I just couldnt handle it...kinda scared to see what the scale shows.....anyway, good to see u again :)

Great! Thanks. I'm actually specifically interested in Scott Sonnon who created Circular Strength Training which incorporates the science of developmental neurophysiology, body weight exercises from Prasara yoga, and Clubbell Swinging. All I can say it the guy is a freakin' GENIUS!!!
HI Diane, For a babe with a moon face, you still look pretty good to me. Loading was not easy for me either. Yeah, I agree, I miss work outs too but with 500 calories a day, I stopped. Got about three and half weeks and then phase 2 is done. Have a great week.

Thanks Mumzee...Yeah I've been working on this purpose for a few month now but things are starting to happen for me. It actually has not been a struggle. It's alot of hard work and long hours but it makes me happy and I keep attracting all of these amazing opportunities with alot of people. What's so amazing is that I'm absolutely fearless about Curvy Goddess Lounge. I just know that this is my passion and purpose in my life.
can't you eat fats like avacados, fruits, and things that don't bloat you up so much?

Look at IZZY BARISH here on YouTube as he has some great Kettlebell and Clubbell exercises. He's worked out for 24 yrs in his basement gym.
