what are the rules for this game?

1.the point of the game is to get to the person that is 'it'. 2.the person that is 'it', turns from everyone else and says 'green light', which tells everyone else to step closer.

3.when the 'it' person says, "red light" and turns back toward everyone, everyone must freeze in place. if someone moves, they get sent to the back.

4.when someone tags the 'it' person, they become it.
