  • i know the guy who was driving the old econoline van in oncoming traffic at the beginning of the video! his name is tiger!

  • Thank you for sharing. I have never been to New Mexico. Its wonderful when we share.

  • You are very welcome. Thank you for your lovely comment.

    New Mexico is a beautiful!

  • Hundreds of people commit suicide off that bridge, there should be a trapeze net mid way to the bottom !

  • Too true.

    A really huge one!

  • Great job...

  • It still looks the same. I was there on July 4th, 2009.

  • Cool... And on that date I was in New Hampshire!

  • ive been there in tosa

  • Even if old it is a wonderful video for an italian lover of south west Usa being on it's 53 but going on 25. Take care Gianni

  • Thanks for your comment! I'm happy you enjoyed the video.

  • I have lived in Taos my whole life and have never really looked at the bridge in this way. My Husband is from Oakland, Ca. and as been trying to get his family out here to visit! Maybe this one will inspire them to come down!! Thanks for posting!!!

  • Well, you're welcome. I have some pictures of the bridge here somewhere in one of my other videos as well. :-)

  • bungee jump??

  • Not allowed.

    :-)

This year they filmed part of the Terminator 4 movie on this bridge.

  • my Father cut or built the road down the canyon to the river on a bulldozer in the 1960`s . thanks for posting this. His name was Joe Fernandez SR

  • Thanks for mentioning this!

    :-)

  • What a brave guy, that road is scary as heck, especially on the side of the river where they don't have boulders acting as a guard rail. I can't believe New Mexico and its crazy cliff road with no guard rails.

  • VERY SOULFUL....GREAT SONG

  • Thanks!

    I LOVE Robert Mirabal's music!

  • Hehe, I was just looking for this song to listen to. But the gorge is nice too! Nice video.

  • this is a very cool video Nice music too.Peace my friend

  • Thank you so much for your nice comment. :-)

  • My dad and I almost got rear-ended on the bridge. We slowed down a bit to take pictures of the gorge, and a minvan came flying over the hill, blaring its horn at us. He swerved around us just in time.

It's still beautiful, though. Ever walk out over the bridge and watch your spit fall to the river? :P

  • No, I never have..... When did you come here?

  • We visit probably at least once a year. I live in Clovis, on the eastern side of the state, so I don't get out there very often. But that area is one of my favorite spots in New Mexico. :-)

  • yeah, I love it here. We're happy to be living here. We've lived in many places across the U.S. and I think this is our favorite.

  • I love this song!

  • I love NM, especially Taos! How appropriate to use Mirabal music for this. Thanks for sharing!

  • You're welcome! I love it here!

  • OH god i never trusted that bridge after driving over it. I dont mind flying into the airport(you pass over the bridge) but driving was too much!

  • Sorry you don't like driving over the bridge. It is quite high. I've done it many times and don't mind it, thank goodness. I'm going to visit some friends in T.P. tomorrow and am going to drive over. It is quite safe, actually.

  • i know its safe its just creepy looking over the edge^^;

  • True. :-)

  • Yes, New Mexico is awesome!

  • this one is really cool Linda.
