Actually, and I hate Billy Packer so I am not defending him, but when he was a teenager/young adult "fagging out" had a non-homosexual usage. It's like the word niggardly. Everyone always thinks that niggardly is a racist word when it has nothing to do with the actual N-word at all. Fagging out is the same way. It's a bit un-PC to say it today just because of how it sounds, but Packer wasn't using a gay slur.

Packer told Gus Johnson that Michael Jordan wasn't in his Top 5 of all-time ACC players but Tyler Hansbrough was. Let's not take anything away from Hansbrough, he's an excellent player, but please Billy, he's not better than Michael Jordan was. Gus tried to talk some sense into him, but Billy (Fudge) Packer would have none of it.
