  • what about lining the head with the spine i.e. putting the head in a neutral position.

    At the top of your squat you should be all lined up. The hands overhead, your torso, and your feet should all be lined up in a vertical line ( ideally)

    Your position puts strain on your necks and is not the most efficient.

  • @cfcjt93 I 've done it and I've trained with world class Olympic Weightlifters.... not in the US unfortunately because they aren't any.

    There is no full extension of the hips, As it is , it would not count in a competition. If you focus on quantity over quality, that is another thing.

    Just a constructive criticism.... did not mean to demean you...

    Click this guy's profile, watch his deadlift video and realize the sweet irony. Your deadlifts are the most miserable ones I've ever seen, you seriously compete with dieselweasel. You go into starting position, but just when you're about to lift you go out of the position again and do a I-Want-A-Wheelchair backlift.

  • a guy like kane is in the 0.0012 percentile in the american population with a flawless anatomy. His body responds very well to training and his base structure is perfect for lean tissue growth. Even if you took all the roids out there with the perfect diet/training/supplements you'd never look like him. Its the sad truth but theres nothing wrong with lifting weights. Just dont expect that you'll look like frank zane.
