  • I had no idea all of that could be triggers. I've had PTSD 8 years from all types of abuse. With it came many panic/anxiety attacks and chronic depression. I've just started Prozac and Xanax and finally I'm sleeping better, smiling more and stopped my self abuse. Xanax is addictive but it saved my life. I was suicidal, and needed pain to cope. One day I cut too deep n got the Meds n now I'm okay. Thanks for the extra tips I hope this will help too

  • Paul, what do you think of sensory deprivation tanks?

  • Do you have any tips on sleeping through the 2 - 6am cycle. I have recovered enough to sleep through the 10 - 2 body restoration cycle but wake at 2 then at 4 approx taking about 15 mins to drop back off again. As this is the neuro and hormone restoring cycle that explains the slow progress in those areas to recover. I don't take medication but is there something I can do to help me sleep right through again. I was always a pretty good sleeper before the nervous breakdown. thanks for your vid.

  • this guy talks bullshit

  • I know the part about the ball works, but I use a door frame to stretch out the chest, I did not know about the nasal passage nerve ending thanx for that

  • Thanks for the video :)

  • The cause doesn't matter. That's a huge flaw Western medicine/therapy focuses on.

It's all the same thing. Inappropriate anxiety. One method, one system, with proven results.

If anyone is reading this, and has anxiety problems, no matter how severe, do yourself a favor and get THE LINDEN METHOD!!!!

  • Diet has nothing to do with anxiety. You are so very wrong. There is only one kind of anxiety specialist, expert, PHD, in the world....and that's someone who has had anxiety and beaten it. I had PTSD, the worst form of anxiety. It was a nightmare. I used THE LINDEN METHOD and now I have my life back. I am so pissed off at nonsense like this being posted about beating anxiety.

Get THE LINDEN METHOD. Get your life back. I promise

  • @biglogstrongman If Paul Check's methods or advice works for someone then it is not nonsense. The truth is there is a huge myriad of reasons why someone would have an anxiety disorder. PTSD can be caused by everything from serving in a foreign war where your life is in jeopardy every second to reliving a scary scene from a movie witnessed before the age of 5.

At the end of the day we are all responsible for finding the solution that works for ourselves. Classical therapy or otherwise...

  • @biglogstrongman Dude in his program Charles Linden has a whole chapter on diet choices and stuff Paul's talking about....

  • Can diet really get rid of anxiety/irrational thinking?

  • @Xnaraku893X Hi I have found some allergic or sensitive reactions can mimic symptoms of anxiety, in me and my kids, so I suppose it is good for people like me to try and know these thing, I have suffered with anxiety and have manages to overcome it with something similar to the Linden Method - I worked out for myself over time, but it has taken most of my life to overcome. I was unaware of the Linden Method until recently, I was looking for a friend. You are right it is a nightmare...

  • So if I work late nights am I doomed to be depressed?

  • @schazam04 - lol

  • Brilliant!

  • why's scoobys name in your description?

  • Damn chek good s**t

  • since when did god exist, yourself and chek both talk through your hole

  • perfect! thank you so much. I will try the lemon lime, i never thought of that. yesterday I bought a water filter thing and a small water jug that I'm going to carry around. thank you so much for your help, i really apprciate it. I look forward to your future videos!

  • OH, and is flavouring crystals okay for the water? such as 'Crystal light' This is because i am not a fan of water. please let me know, thanks!

  • Thanks for the kind words! To flavor water i suggest a squeeze of lemon or lime. The crystal light is a cocktail of chemical "flavor" and artificial sweeteners. This is the type of product we strongly recommend to avoid. If anything goes in the water it should be totally natural. I bet if you were to sample many different types of water you would find one that you can drink straight.

    Thanks for watching

  • youre a psychologist now as well are you? What a dose of shite,do you actually study any of the subjects you talk about.

  • This is seriously going to change my life, thank you! please, if you make more videos to do with this subject let me know. you really know what you're talking about.

  • HERBS!!!! made me laugh..

  • Your the man

  • VERY GOOD!!!

  • Fascinating and very educational. Thanks!

  • I can't seem to get breathing through my nose completely 100%. I will be able to for 5 minutes, then my nasal passage will close and I have to breath through my mouth for the next hour or more. When I excercise, my nose is fine to breath through but stop shortly after. I can sleep on my right side through my nose, but not my left. What causes this? It is like this year round. Thanks

  • thanx a million for for taking the time to share this information whith us!!!

  • Thank you for considering this material and having a passion for self-exploration.

  • Hey, not sure if my system operates within the same limitations with sleep, I've been a longhaul trucker for a couple years, never slept at night...have recently extremely raised my intake of certain herbs containing high UV light, aswell as attained subconscious thinking due to breaking the hold of 3rd dimensional time.I rest usually not in REM sleep from 5-6am til about 12-1pm aswell as sometimes a 90min nap or meditation in the afternoon. have never felt better, am pure energy, love your vids

  • Hi Re4dSetH, it is true that some people do well with exceptionally little sleep, light quality that is poor and sleeping out of phase with the sun. However it is safe to say that if your lifestyle were adopted by the masses significant ill effects would occur to a significant subset of the population. For an even smaller subset, the consequences of out of phase sleep would be disasterous if adhered to.

    Thanks for watching!

  • @Re4dSetH wht is 3rd dimensional time.. UV light herbs?? i driv at nights also

  • So is it bad to trim your nose hair?

  • this video is sooo good . I have been an athlete all my life and sleeping 10:00 a.m. i found that is one of the strongest anabolic thing i can find. the others are good water , good food, happiness. all combined together.

  • TY bookshamaki! Your support is felt!

  • cool, Is it ok thoguh if i dont go to sleep untill 3am on average, but however i get my 8 hours of sleep still as i wake up at 11 (or 12 if i go to sleep at 4), is it to do with the exact am pm times that your talking aobut or just to make sure to get all the 8 hours of beninfical cycles of sleep? thanks..

  • Hi mefree2, total sleep is important but misleading. Natural daylight is the only light that has the full spectrum of color, so spending many of your waking hours recieving imbalanced light that strobes (computer monitors) can be a significance influence to your nervous system. Its best to sleep as close to sun down as you can and wake as close to sun up. Total sleep time is only one of many important factors influencing endocrine and nervous systems.
