The tears will not stop. A legend in his own right, I will never ever forget him. Cheltenham will never be the same without him chasing Kauto's backside up that Cheltenham hill and it brings a tear to my eye everytime i see the cheltenham song video. We will be thinking of him on gold cup day as we do every day and thoughts are with Jonjo and all his staff. RIP Exotic Dancer, never ever forgotten x

I just shed a(nother) tear for this magnificent horse. I watched this video when it was first uploaded and just stumbled across it again. Nearly a year on and I miss Exotic Dancer as much as ever. It was always an absolute pleasure to watch him race, he never gave anything less than his all. It is such a shame that he will never get the recognition he truly deserves with so many of his races being run against the best horse of our time, Kauto.

Four months on and I still watch this video and reduces me to tears, I miss him and with each season you just wondered if he woul ever get his revenge on the nicholls duo, this season will be poorer without him! As for channel 4 don't even bother with it now it so far behind racing uk that it out of touch , the BBC has quality in it's lack of quantity. Keep up the good work black horse!

It's a terrible shame that his loss was barely recognised, Ch4 really didn't show themselves in a good light.

Although few will see my tribute at least I did my best to give Dancer some of the remembrance he deserved.

definately - for me he is on the same line as denman , kauto, dessie etc but the only difference was that he didnt win the gold cup!

what a great wee video,well done indeed for posting this mini masterpiece! the media response to his death was derisory,you have to acknowledge tht kauto is possibly the greatest chaser ever ,and exotic wasnt to far behind,he was one of my top five horses of all time,and i always always backed him,the 2007 season was awesome ,i had him doubled up with katchit three times,and had him winning trebles twice(at aintree and chelt), was gutted when he died,but will never be forgotten,great horse!

I completely agree - a horse at his best rated off the same mark as Best Mate, and no mention or TV tribute following his very sad death. I emailed Channel 4's Morning Line and complained I felt so strongly about it - pathetic response was received, largely a cop out/fob off.

I got so upset when heard of this horse dying, i always put money on it, my fav horse, loved watching him race i am so glad sumbody made this video, coz i really thought every1 4got about him. I really expected it to b mentioned on tv when he died but nobody seemed to care, which upset me even more!
