You did good using your artillery piece to pull enemy tanks within range of your obelisks, and cleared out a full group of enemy tanks. However, instead of working through the others in your immediate area, you engaged the main group and incurred the wrath of everyone. Its not impossible just because you suck.

what i did was i built heavy defences in on 1 entrance lighter defences to pick off straglers then when you attack through the heavily defended area fall back to ur base defences and nuke em when they are clustered. its one big cluster f*ck
Interesting, I could never get past the part when they just send everything they got at you. But that was over a decade ago last time I tried. Have you gotten past the level "Twist of Fate"?
@CommissarTails ToF is the hardest level in that game, if I remember correctly. The only thing that really got me through that was sandbagging all entrances. Plus, with nukes they only ever target defensive structures so having a couple of isolated guard towers helped. Oddly Nod gets airstrikes in that level, but the same rules apply - just send something cheap north, and they'll go for that.
Wait, you built refineries? lol Wow, I never thought I could do it this way. I used the nuke, then one or two obelisks, and maneuvered my stealth tank into the back of the base to take it out. Nice job!
@WiiStation360Games Send out the Stealth Tank first, collect the cash from blown-up civilian buildings, then use sandbags to build a Refinery outside of the blockade. You can use the money from the refinery to build two Obelisks per side which is usually enough to handle the entire assault, PLUS you can keep your Temple and nuke the GDI base.
The computer can win if it decide to attack your undefended power generators while bombing the clustered troops. But only human player can make these decisions.
@erzkonservativ It isn't though. Airstrikes just bomb the most northern target. Put a minigunner in the top right corner of your surrounding cliffs and they become useless.
There's a (quite dirty) trick to make them slightly more intelligent, to act like the nuke and ion cannon, but then they mostly just attack base defenses. The trick also comes at the cost of being unable to change the interval between the attacks, and being unable to remove the AI's airstrike ability with mission scripts.
Or run the game through a virtual machine or setup a duel boot operating systems if you have an earlier version of windows. Its a bit more of a headache to setup but will allow for many of the old DOS based games to be played.
Not really. I beat it by holding off, getting a stealth tank, slipping through the GDI besiegers and into their base and then selling stuff to power up and buy enough defences to hold them off. Then, when the nuke's ready, drop it between the conyard and refinery.
ive actually done it by a fluke, build sandbags toward the bottom of the map, gdi wont attack them, keep going until u find tiberium and the church. (the stealth tank would be useful to open the map up. and go from there
Its been so long since I've played this game...lol....technically if you know where to click and when to do something then it's not impossible just have to do it right on timing :) i switched over to First person shooters cause i was more into the action part of it than i was the Strategy part like some years ago or so.....although my first Childhood games i came across C&C

C&c was translated very creative, they had to reduce violence and made robots fight the war, i was a little kid when i played these and never knew they are meant to be human. the cinematics are almost bare of any frightened civilians and you dont aktually see kane shoot seth.
my cd's dont work anymore so i downloaded the gold version (whoa svga!) and played this in english for teh first time. i was kinda annoyed by the deathscreams where i remembered sounds of crushed beercans.

I believe the scream is the Wilhelm scream, which is used in hundreds of movies etc.
Unfortunately this is still continuing today, which is why you're generally killing robots (e.g. supreme commander), aliens, zombies, etc regardless of which country you're playing in. Germany has particularly bad censorship though.

I won this mission, the point is: don't destroy a whole barricade before you have reduced the others to one unit. If you destroy a barricade, the other two will move into your base.
You are supposed to nuke 1 of the GDI forces, leave a mammoth tank there, build a refinery, sneak your harvestor around and harvest the tiberium to the south, it's easy. Although im surprised you did it this way lol xD

Yes, it is beatable. What you need to do is sneak out a stealth tank into the GDI base, hold out till the nuke arrives then nuke it or something like that.
what you do is.. nuke the GDI forces to the right, and if the other forces don't attack, then you've won, all you gotta do is finish the forces on the right off with some troops and tanks, then build a refinery and harvest the tiberian to the south using the path to the right along with money boxes, use it all to buy tanks, ignore the other 2 forces and go destroy the base top left :p there's some other missions though that I don't know how to do :p

Mate, there is another way to do this mission... I'm pretty sure that there were money packages hidden on the map... somewhere down right I think... I am not quiet sure because its like 10 years ago when I used to play this game, but I remember discovering this with the stealth tank. Then I cleared out the right side and let my vehicle Harvest. Something like that..... Sorry long ago mate :D
@diceman1367 Yeah... there's a small village to the south where you get a money crate... I think I used to build wall around two of the three sides and then use obelisks? (I think that's what they were called) to wear down the other side.
this is the most easy mission i had when i was 8... just extend your wall to the south, there is a big mine there... build a refinary and have 5 lasers distributed on three sides, you will win with easy and dont sell the nukes.....
i made 2 obelisks and rest of the money on tanks, then i sold all after i lured the units on the sides to me, then after they are dead clear the rest, it looks harder then it is :P
i can see there's a solution to this mission on yt, i havent seen it yet, but in case they dont mention it, if you go to the south of the map, there's a church with a resource crate in it.
@erzkonservativ also, u can get some technicians in the apc, destroy the wall to the left, out of range of the turrets, to the left, and capture the hq/other structures

oh no, that missions VERY possible, clear out a small group of tanks to the east, leave one alive, then get a refinery to collect tiberium to the south, build up your defenses, and there you go, you can take out all the tanks with enough defense ;)
the German EVA sounds a lot more enthusiastic than the English one. Although ours sounds happy when it says "select target" and you get to nuke someone

I won this mission, the point is: don't destroy a whole barricade before you have reduced the others to one unit. If you destroy a barricade, the other two will move into your base.

You are supposed to nuke 1 of the GDI forces, leave a mammoth tank there, build a refinery, sneak your harvestor around and harvest the tiberium to the south, it's easy. Although im surprised you did it this way lol xD

Church, south, with crates. Requies a stealth tank. Sell the NOD Temple and silos.

Yes, it is beatable. What you need to do is sneak out a stealth tank into the GDI base, hold out till the nuke arrives then nuke it or something like that.

what you do is.. nuke the GDI forces to the right, and if the other forces don't attack, then you've won, all you gotta do is finish the forces on the right off with some troops and tanks, then build a refinery and harvest the tiberian to the south using the path to the right along with money boxes, use it all to buy tanks, ignore the other 2 forces and go destroy the base top left :p there's some other missions though that I don't know how to do :p

Mate, there is another way to do this mission... I'm pretty sure that there were money packages hidden on the map... somewhere down right I think... I am not quiet sure because its like 10 years ago when I used to play this game, but I remember discovering this with the stealth tank. Then I cleared out the right side and let my vehicle Harvest. Something like that..... Sorry long ago mate :D

@diceman1367 Yeah... there's a small village to the south where you get a money crate... I think I used to build wall around two of the three sides and then use obelisks? (I think that's what they were called) to wear down the other side.

this is the most easy mission i had when i was 8... just extend your wall to the south, there is a big mine there... build a refinary and have 5 lasers distributed on three sides, you will win with easy and dont sell the nukes.....

i made 2 obelisks and rest of the money on tanks, then i sold all after i lured the units on the sides to me, then after they are dead clear the rest, it looks harder then it is :P

oh no, that missions VERY possible, clear out a small group of tanks to the east, leave one alive, then get a refinery to collect tiberium to the south, build up your defenses, and there you go, you can take out all the tanks with enough defense ;)

Horrible way of doing it, You can do this without having to depend on Tiberium at all.
You can also Engineer their Const Yard and sell it to get $2500 at the start.
I guess I just dont like efficient ways to clear this mission I spose.
