I've connected the ethernet cable in My Mac Pro which is connected wirelessly to my Airport. But when connected the ethernet to my G5 (which doesn't have a wireless card) it says 'the cable for ethernet is not plugged in'

Both cables are in and setting have been made like you showed in this video..
