Too jump over other vehicles, you have to use the CIA's car. And just drive on an other car. But with the wheel.

I did the same thing but i did stunt mode and jumped onto the bus and my jeep thing just flipped down the road while i drove away on a bus and jumped car to car.....i will put up my awesome stunt video
