@trema12345 I m a long jumper, and I don't know the official rules but fi you watch the slow mo his feet do hit first, they just continually slide and his butt lands where his feet do originally. The reason jumpers try to make their landing like this is because extending to legs allows for the farthest possible jump, and with legs extended they allow you to plow the sand and cause your butt to land in approximately the same spot. Landing on only both feet doesn't maximize jump. Hope this helped!
