  • Funny how the simple minded want to jump on the bandwagon in blaming steroids for a sportmans ill health!

    Bullshit propaganda!

  • his problems ended up being caused by ibuprofen

  • Get on the juice and you will make millions of dollars for your family.

  • larry3349 the things you ve mentioned are right but steroids also increase blood pressure so kidneys ''tubes'' find it extremely difficult to filter the huge amounts of protein and creatine the pros use plus others such us the drugs tom prince was taking..

  • STEROIDS ARE NOT IN THE SPORT OF SKATEBOARDING GUYS......ITS POINTLESS - IF UR TOO HEAVY - UR BOARD SNAPS!

  • He said he was moody when he was a pro and we all know what cost that.

  • He was addicted to narcotic painkillers - that's what done the kidney damage, read his short bio on wiki - lortab, percocet, narco-type painkillers, 10-14 per day. NOT steroids.....

  • believe whatever you want. if it makes you feel better say that steroids are safe.. i dont care if people take them

  • people need to stop defending steroids no one knows the truth about them and what they do to your health my opinion is if you take them for bodybuilding then your abusing them

  • hes an ass whole , steriods r procced through both so thats the promblem , plus when he was in the gym in boynton he treated peopel like shit the drugs made him crazy , he like extacy..

  • Tom personally told me he was taking 10-20 Advil per day.......when the doctors finally realized how long and how many he'd been using, they immediately said that was definitely the reason for his kidney failure. That dose is extremely toxic. Brutal to the kidneys.

  • @rep300 Holy crap, 10-20?! When I took them for my wrist injury, I was prescribed 2-3 daily for 3 days. And I was warned never to exceed that amount.

This guy is lucky to be alive.

  • Guys, it's all about the blonde sexy eyes girl.. HOT !!!

  • Pro Bodybuilders without their steroids are like incredible shrinking men. And that goes for Kevin levrone and Flex wheeler. I am sure they were big, stocky guys before the roids, but nowhere near as big. Shadows of thier former steroid infused selves.

  • @vootman You got that right cause they believe you can`t be a bodybuilder with out the crank load of f`n garbage and so weak minds..

  • @vootman ur kidding right? this is the most pointless post ive ever read on any BB vid. Obvi your not gonna be the same size after u stop taking roids after you've been on em for 20 yrs. I think ur retarded. "Incredible Shrinking men" just makes zero sense.

  • @vootman Obviously they are not going to be as big once they get done competing and go off of whatever they were on. Most of them don't plan on staying super huge forever in the first place. They do it as they are competing is what really is body art, but walking around at 320 pounds at 5'8" has to be a chore after a while.

  • ...

  • @steroidsR4cheaters So what do you tell a kid Tom LOL go ahead and blow your tosteterone levels out of proportion then die of a heart attack for a couple milLOL

  • A masters degree in English Literature and a pro Bodybuilder...

It's people like this that should have more kids.

  • Holly shit he was a swimmer! No way!

  • From 195 to 248 in one year? Gee, I wonder what his secret is? Cicherillo does a good job with his the interviews.

  • Wow, such a nice, humble, and honest guy. A man deserving of his last name.

  • Your an idiot.

Anabolic Steroids are processed through your liver, not your kidneys.

Tom had kidney problems because he was abusing anti-inflamatories, as well as massive prolonged usage of Advil and Ibuprofin.

He has posted this himself on boards.

Next time do some research before you open your mouth you ignorant twat.

  • I'd like to see those posts, because I was on two days ago watching him post where he said exactly what I stated before, and stated that the gear was not the problem.

  • Steroids do not pose a significant threat to your kidneys (nor your liver for that matter unless you are blatantly abusing). Why are you not off railing against painkillers, being big and protein abuse as well? Steroids are processed PRIMARILY through your LIVER- which has amazing recuperative properties. If cycled properly, and enough time given off, as well as proper PCT, your liver recovers 100 percent after a cycle. Go pick another cause, and quit insulting bodybuilders.

  • @larry3349 all as a result of taking steroids.

    Just ask Tom.

  • @larry3349 Advil and kidney problems? Anti-inflammatory drugs can cause damage to the kidneys or liver only if there is a preexisting problem

  • @larry3349 they are procesed thru liver but kidneys are procesing toxins from fluids in body that some steroids create. There are some roids that are heavy for kidneys Parabolan for example is heavy on liver and kidneys. But ye u are right many BB-ers are abusing Ibuprofin alot to easy thers pains from injuries and they use heavy doses and he is extremly hard on kidneys.Combine all that with heavy dosages of diuretics they alsow take and u get results of kidney problems.

  • @larry3349

First of all it "you're"....not "your". Secondly, do you honestly believe everything he says in an interview? How many guys that have been taken down by steroids actually admit it? You excuse makers really are delusional. Do you think it's just a coincidence that so many professional bodybuilders and wrestlers dies young or wind up with serious medical problems. Grow up and face reality...steroids eventually kill you. Plus you lose all your gainds once you go off them.

  • @mensacyclist You are dead wrong. Show me 1 dead body from steroid use... There arent any.

  • @bodebldr2000 Just one? OK...Anreas Munzer. Having to list just one save me some time. Thanks.

  • @mensacyclist I took the time to google it for you.

    Death

After months of stomach pain, Münzer was admitted to hospital on the morning of March 12. By 7pm, doctors had decided to operate to stop bleeding from his stomach, but shortly afterwards his liver and then kidneys failed. His condition by this point was too severe for a blood transfusion—he died on the morning of March 13, aged 31.

The autopsy gave the cause of death as dystrophic multiple-organ-failure.

  • @bodebldr2000 Yeah....you're probably right......years of steroid abuse definitely had NOTHING to do with multiple organ failure. It had NOTHING to do with the multiple golfball sized tumors on his liver or the fact that a significant portion of his liver was basically dissintegrated. it was all just a strange coincidence. If you're expecting to see "steroid use" as an official cause of death on an autopsy certificate you never will. I guess you win. Enjoy your delusions and fake muscle.

  • @mensacyclist So be it my friend. Its sad that you ASSume it was steroids that did this to him especially when he took so many other liver killing products. I bet you think lyle alzado, chris benoit and other died from steroid use as well. I admit Munzer took some bad shit and toxic at that, but you have to look at EVERYTHING that played a part.

  • @bodebldr2000 Again......I guess it's just a strange coincidence then.....all these bodybuilders and pro wrestlers that have died ridiculously young. If that's what you need to believe then go ahead. Stick that needle in your ass. This is how we thin the herd.

  • @mensacyclist oh yeah, i forgot about the all those on wrestlers and bodybuilders that die every day from steroid use. lol There arent any! Couldnt be all the other drugs they take now could it? of course not. :) Enjoy your life thinking the way you do about steroids, shame you waste your time believing false info. Thats how we thin our herd.

  • @mensacyclist Youre saying steroids did it... end of subject, but youre wrong. there were many other factors to consider and yes i do belive the autopsy would state steroid use as the cause of death, the governemtn would LOVE to use that bullshit.

  • @bodebldr2000

Munzer died from dehydration not direct steroid abuse

  • @Tricksterize dont tell me, tell mensacyclist. he believes otherwise.

  • @larry3349 your right but i bet the gear diden't help to much.

  • @IDMWEIGHTSIDM why? how did it contribute? Open up your pharmacological insight and let us know.

  • @larry3349 I love your reply! There are so many fucking dumbasses out there today. Do research on the subject before you reply fools. Thanks again for your reply.

  • @larry3349 massive prolonged use of advil and ibuprofin llololooooololollolol.. he posted himself loloolololoolool. you are the fool sir.. you would read anything and believe it

  • @larry3349 Actually, I would say it's more of an excessive abuse of diet and drugs in bodybuilding....I'm not saying that it couldn't be STRICTLY do to anti-inflamatories and use of advil because there is always that chance....But like they say, the nut doesn't fall to far from the tree.....

  • @larry3349 There has been a lot of Top Pros with Kidney problems...I've never met anyone with a kidney problem nor have I heard about it in many other sports. Yet, in bodybuilding especially for how small the population is for the very Elite guys, kidney problems seem to keep appearing..

I love bodybuilding and I am not trying to put anyone down. I'm just sayin look at the facts..Besides when these guys visit their doc for sure he checking kidney functions?? I wonder why??? Drugs do effect it

  • @larry3349 And I'm not just talking about steroids....

  • @larry3349, Tom's a class act guy...

  • @larry3349 Hey, I don't mean to rain on your parade, but by you saying "your an idiot," really brings out the irony of the situation.

  • @TheTrollOfTheTube steroidsR4losers, friends, followers and fans will continue to expose and humiliate the LOSERS who use STEROIDS and other DRUGS. We will get these CHEATERS to talk about their STEROIDS and other CHEATING methods that they use. Nobody will be able to stop us from letting people know who the LOSERS are.

Anyone can join in! Just start talking about their STEROIDS and other DRUGS that they use on the "STEROID videos" and watch as the LOSERS get mad. ;)

    Stay natural buddy!

  • @larry3349 ur an idiot your kidkeys process everything you consume. anabolics as you already know cause high blood pressure which hurts kidneys as well as tremendous amounts of protein and other substances. im not denying that advil and ibuprofen were the biggest influence on his kidneys but all the other shit definately contributed to it. next time do your research you ignorant twat.

  • @larry3349 ROID RAGE!!! YOU TWAT!!! i wanna hear your next smart remark [= ily man! <3 lmfao!

  • @larry3349 Although you MAY THINK you are right, you are wrong. Technically, you are right...But what do steroids effect? High Blood Pressure, water retention, cardiovascular issues due to effects on blood lipids, Cholesterol, heart, liver etc etc...Which theoretically, proves that steroids do effect the kidneys because all the side effects above effect the kidney...And with the addition of insulin, high protein diet, diuretics, anti estrogens..Sorry NOT genetics..

  • @larry3349 If you might know 2 of the most common causes of kidney disease is diabetes and high blood pressure.ALL the top pros are on medication for blood pressure..Hmm my point. Secondly, Insulin use has a HUGE impact on the kidneys.Messing with your blood sugar directly hurts the kidneys and in many cases can actually cause diabetes..Which again, is a major cause to kidney disease..Who's the ignorant twat now?Why don't YOU go and do research and tell me how AAS side effects effect the kidney

  • Steroids are not what caused Tom's condition. I knew Tom. Please get your story straight and stop spreading rumors which you cannot substantiate.

  • Lol, your fucking ridiculous. Please refrain from posting idiotic , artificial facts you fucking insolent, stubborn faggot. As if people actually go around and say " Hey , wanna take a hit of steroids..." Ridiculous. Go preach about something more important, say, tobacco,or perhaps alcohol.

  • I read ages ago (so could be wrong) that when the doctors tried to figure out what caused his kidney problems they discounted steroid abuse as that had been successful absorbed by his liver. He than happened to mention that he took a "few" pain killers for a shoulder injury for a long period of time. That "few" nearly amounted to a lethal dose. Basically he was overdosing on pain killers every day.

  • @deweymcmoo exactly! painkillers, diuretics, alcohol and recreational drug use/abuse is the main reason for kidney problems

  • You don't know what your saying. I'm 5'8 and 223 and have been training natural all my life and you don't lose it like you say. I recently took 4 months off and lost nothing, just got a little smooth. Muscle that is built naturaly stays with you, it does take along time though to build it, I've been at it for 18 years now. But It's should be about health anyway. I'm bigger now than I've ever been and I will be 40 years old soon, you just keep getting better naturaly.

  • the sick sad true about bbing, being natural its a lack of time, training hard eating properly, finding the good program, fighting injury, to gain 10/20 pounds for the average guy.

stop 3 weeks an you lost all, that's the definition of natural bbing.

just buy 20 test and 200dball and you got 5 years of natural training.

  • you are an idiot.

  • I love the brutal honest when Tom and Bob talk about juice. So true, EVERYONE IN ANY SPORT IS ON JUICE.

  • you slightly misinterpreted what they said... there is steroids in every sport, but that doesnt necessarily mean that every single athlete in every sport is on roids. All the IFBB pros are, but you can't say that every basketball and hockey player is on roids.

  • According to Craig Titus, when he was a top bodybuilder, he said athletes in almost every sport, except basketball came to him to find out the correct way to use roids, when to cycle them, which ones to take, etc he said he was amazed how many pros in every sport were using them

  • @tomsseries Its amazing how everyone who juices has every answer in the book to defend steroids but seeing that it will cause health problems..I took em for so many bloody years and let me tell you there addicting as hell and will eventually cause a problems if you keep using them whether underground (dirty version unsafe) to unbalanced hormones causing hot flashes and heart pounding like no tomorrow..Ya there all safe right you morons just keep thinking that way oh moderation whatever!!!

  • @kalel38 I don't see them as being addicting, unless your self body image is so low that you can't handle the idea of shrinking down a bit after you go off them.

  • seems like the guys that had the worst health problems in bodybuilding(from the drug abuse)are the ones that didn't really place that well..like prince, don long, and shaun davies...and yet people like Yates who is still training now seems to have no kidney problems and appears quite fit.

  • his name is bob cicherillo a pro bodybuilder

  • Bob Chicardillo.

  • Oh gee what surprise some skank as the announcer. Could we be anymore predictable. Why didn't you just get a waitress'cough'(slut)from Hooters.

  • Tom prince what a perfect guy to represent the sport of bodybuilding (great bodybuilder and person)

  • I am sick and tired of every single health problem any pro bodybuilder has ever had being blamed on steroids. People all over the world have kidney problems, bodybuilders are not going to be an exception. Yes, drugs played a role, he doesn't deny it, but if you look at the number of people who have used gear and see how many of them actually have his problem, it's astonishingly low.

  • Good post dude. Very true. People are too ignorant to understand they only believe what they hear. Never any experience.

  • I think that his severe kidney problems were caused by something(s) more then just taking too much advil.

  • thousands of people die every year because of pain killers.

  • bb is contest of who's kidney is stronger and DNA. lol

  • the steroids nakerd his kidneys up!
