what is weird (if not sad) is that I actually tried searching Gediminas Taranda's variations from Raymonda with Bessmertnova but couldn't find ANY of his ballet videos :( Do you know of any on YouTube? I specifically was searching for his Saracin's (?spelling?) variations.
As much as I admire Irina Slutskaya's technique, I've always enjoyed her 'show' dances after the competitions most - it's great to see this now, it's so funny and they're having a lot of fun themselves, obviously.
Primavera.......There is no video of Taranda as the Saracin in Raymonda....
If I am not mistaken,you can still buy the Bolshoi version where he dances the part.

Mr. Taranda is clowning around here but make no mistaje about it. In the ballet he was unforgettable.
