How about you advertise it as it is? Did you ever imagine someone making a cookie cutter application that the had to use code to do so that you could have your own "app" by using only the features that they include? Yeah, me neither.

Sure you could use an automated tool to build your own mobile app, but I suppose you could learn to do maintenance and repairs on your own car...chances are it's not the best idea. You will probably run into problems and limitations quickly.
I suggest you find a reliable developer to build your mobile app instead.
