There is NO DOUBT that Kelly is a great singer. She's proved that for years so she's got nothing to prove on that front. But this is technically not lip-syncing. She did perform live then without any lip-syncing in that arena. But the VIDEO is DUBBED over here on her channel cos it is a world premier of sort so any sensible record label would push for such a move so that listeners will hear the CLEAREST version(radio edit) - it's like an informal music video.
