Apparently all the audio is stored as standard redbook audio, so theoretically getting a OST Rip would be as simple as popping the disk in a PC and copying it off. Regrettably i can't test that theory as i don't have the proper disc, and my PS2 is no longer with me as i had to sell it, nor do i have PS3.
