To all internet line users BEWARE-i heard from friends that if someone cgoes and snags your stream signal and watches some sick kid porn or other disgusting thing like that,it'll show up as if you were the one watching or trading that kind of sick information.
well this product went STRAIGHT from being great to not preforming AT ALL. I hardly had a chance to write this message, as in the middle of it I got disconnected. I now have over 300 ping in TF2, Counter Strike and over 400 in Bad Company 2. Downloading even the SIMPLEST programs has become a frustrating trip to the back of the computer to unplug and re-plug this thing in. Not sure if this is just me...but by my recommendation - DON'T BUY IT.
I have a DS Lite, so WPA on my computer is not compatible. The thing is- I have WPA, not WEP, and I don't plan on changing to WEP, because it might mess up my internet settings.
I've looked into getting a WiFi USB connector I seen ( something like this Now what I want to know is will this help me get on the internet giving me the Wi-Fi I need ( Even though my netgear wireless router is a WPA ) and if so will it affect my internet on my laptop that Im using
Hey how do I do this if only I have is the adapter itself and the modem. I have a pc in one room of my house with a wireless modem with an ssid and I have another pc in another room. I'm trying to connect the other pc to the internet using the wireless modem through the d link. But the d link is from a friend and all he could give me is the adapter. I have virgin media wireless router Im trying to connect pokemon heartgold, but it shows a grey lock and won't let me it just says error 5200. My router's security is too high to get its a WPA so it shows a grey lock.
I don't wanna change it to the other one as I hear its not to save, is there any other USB things I can get to get pass this?

Then you'll need to do it the old fashioned way. See our videos on how to change your wireless settings or connect a computer wirelessly.
