this dog is far from being the alpha and only makes the noise when drinking water inside. He doesn't make the noise when eating food or when drinking water outside. My jack-russell mix is the alpha and the two dogs get along great.
ha ha, he was neither cold nor hungry. He just doesn't like it when the others drink water at the same time he is drinking so he makes this strange noise. He doesn't make any noises when he eats. It also doesn't matter if it is 80 degrees or 50 degrees, he makes the noise if he has company at the water bowl. Thanks for the comment though.

Being that he is the senior dog of the pack he thinks he shouldn't have to share. He figures he was there first so he has dibbs.lol! Cute dogs.
