@powertomato The realtime part is that the plugin is capable of generating these trees in very short timespans, and so during a game a developer could have these trees rendered on the fly(if im not mistaken)

Thanks. Each tree literally takes a second to make,, all the uv mapping etc is done in the plugin.

Oh ok. It reminds of the method in Lightwave 3D. Theres a tree plugin as well. Its something about putting your 2nd layer in the background and the 1st layer in the foreground. Then you use the cube tool to make a few boxes for how you want the shape of your tree to be. Something like that lol...I cant remember lol

I have a question about the tree shown at the 4:00 mark. There seem to be raccoon rings at the end third of the branches. Is that from a texture or lack thereof?

Arr that's just to show that trees support multiple textures and can blend between them along the length of a branch.
