I personally think that she has tried telling her mother what has occurred at her fathers house but cant because #1 she is embarrassed and #2 at that age you never want to lose your father! Even at 2 1/2 you know, you feel it in your heart, its wrong! I pray to the Good Lord above that he helps father out!!!

I feel her fear in her story...if she wasnt scared why would she keep saying "no worm no" "that worm is nasty" "the worm makes her cough" "the worm makes her throw up"? You tell me? OH AND ONE I DEF. CANNOT LEAVE OUT..."DADDY'S WORM..." I feel horrible for the mother & the daughter in this case!!! I pray to the Good Lord she can find a great lawyer and get baby Aaliyah out of this She is so scared in the other videos to go with her father!!!
This is a post to whomever posted this video I have several things I would like to question... #1 FIRST AND FOREMOST ARE YOU A MOTHER/FATHER? #2 I agree with you (as an open juror) there is unsufficient evidence that would conclude a father of (molestation) but a "worm" what worm do you determine she is talking about? I thought it out thoroughly and I do not see her being scared of a stuffed animal worm...a sour worm (candy) or a worm on tv? I personally (being a mother) do not see that!
just watching the daddy's worm video, can tell for a fact, that the child is telling the absolute truth of what she knows. So saying, the father eneds to have his worm cut off, and many strips of skin removed slowly from his body until he finally dies.

I think i too feel the same way the creator of this video feels. In my gut, I think he did something, but if I were on the jury, I wouldn't be able to take his rights away based on just what the media is showing. However, that doesn't mean I would be willing to let this man babysit my little girl
I know that the opsoing counsil in my case knows judge kearney. She lied blatantly and repeatedly in court and judge kearney said NOTHING to her, rather reprimanded me for calling her a liar. That happened not two weeks ago. If you know the judge and are in on the nepatism then you are scot free in Placer County California to commit perjury. Nuff said.

Do you know at all, has the mother, since last updates seen this child? I know it was back in May she had court and still had not seen her, the judge ordered it allowed, she went in for a visit and was turned away. Since has the mother been able to visit? If not is there proof the child is still alive? besides the father's "word"?
