Did you experience any bug or rat problem while you were living here? How's the landlord? Do the toilets have good pressure? Which freight service did you use get your stuff here?

(continued) On average with rent+electricity+water how much would you say it ends up being? Also how much is one electricity card and how much would you say, on average, does one last you? (I'm assuming you use the air condition, refrigerator, and possibly other appliances, including laptop and tv etc.) Does your place come with a microwave because I did not see one in your video.
@Roshmister Water bill is given to you by the landlord. I just got my 1st bill on friday and from 4/10-5/10 it came to 38ec. But I got here on april 30, so only 10 days of that is my actual use and I don't know anything about who was here before me. I go through electric more than other people b/c I'm in my apartment a lot running the ac. There's no tv. I think there's a cable hook up. Any time I get for tv I watch it online. There's no microwave included, i sent one in my barrel.
I hate to bug you again but I'm getting really close to making a decision and it's sort of between this place and another one. The few things that I don't know about this place that I was hoping you could answer for me are: how far away walking from the campus (more importantly the freshman part of campus) is this place? and you said that electricity and water must be paid for on their own correct? Is it possible to buy cards for electricity so that you have a spare?
@Roshmister The annex is about a 5 minute walk (really not too bad). They moved us from the annex to classroom 5 on campus (2nd semester's in the annex this semester) so my walk is the shortest out of anyone. You can't get much closer to the main campus than these apartments on lizard trail (i'm pretty sure that's what it's called). You buy electricity at the RUH (ross univ housing) or at the 7/11. You give them your meter #, put $ on it, they give you a code, then you punch it into the meter.

@Roshmister the address is stayatcarltons com (minus the space). I pay $860/month + electric and water. Internet is included. Supposed to get wifi but I'm still using a direct line to the wall. It is pretty high speed though.

That was very helpful :) I've been looking at a few other places and some are in valleys etc, so I was wonder what the location for your place is like(top of a hill? bottom? good wind? etc). Also how is your walk to school, how long does it take? Thanks again for your help, with all of the older videos online its helpful to have someone that is newly there.

I want to make a video soon of my walk to campus and kind of around campus. I practically live on campus and on the beach. I'm on campus in seconds. There are eight flights of stairs to get up to campus, but really, I've gotten use to them. I'll try to make some more videos this weekend and post them. I know I would have liked someone to do that for me
