@madmankitchen An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind. There is no way to get an "eye for an eye" in the case of an accident, which this clearly was, because the eye taken would not be accidental. It would be intentional. Again I ask, if a family member of yours were killed in a traffic accident, you feel the driver should be killed? How about the boy in Wisconsin who was accidentally shot and killed by his own father a few months ago, should he be put to death?
@madmankitchen So if someone in your family is killed in a traffic accident, you will kill them as well? This was an accident, as was proven beyond any logical contradiction. BOTH parties could have avoided this. Does resisting warrant death? Not at all. But if you do not think that assaulting 2 officers and resisting arrest can get you killed, you need some form of protective helmet.
@MichaelPrikakis Not even close to what I said. I've repeatedly said Grant did not deserve to die, that Mehserle was criminally negligent and deserves jail time. But if someone does not realize that assaulting police officers and resisting arrest is a bad plan, then I call it thinning out the gene pool. If you do not know resisting arrest can get you killed, you need some form of protective helmet. Police will take you in, by whatever means necessary. You fight in court, not with the cops.
Grant "was fully cooperating"??? That's amazing! How's that suit coming? At what point did you find out Grant was unarmed? Probably about the same time the officers were able to finish searching him....oh yeah, that's right it took 2 officers to search him because he kept fighting being searched for weapons AND DRUGS.... which he had on him. Get of your "racist" soapbox, have a seat and do a little research before you start posting comments on a case that claim "murder" "wicked" "racism" "brutal
@CaptAdams35 Oh, didn't you hear? Assaulting 2 officers, repeatedly standing when ordered to sit down and stay there, and refusing to give your hands to officers trying to cuff you are all acceptable behavior now. Police now need to simply hand the cuffs to the suspect, and ask them nicely to please put them on and come with them to jail.
So say it was a axcedent that fucken pig dessevers life or death he was cuffed an down so fuck u ass hole u probley a fucken bart pig head basterd tats why u defeand that pice of shit rent a cop

@Goofyda81nutt Grant was not handcuffed. He was resisting arrest. Had he allowed himself to be handcuffed, he would be alive.
