That's how I actually instruct my clients. The point of these demonstration videos is to give folks an "idea" of how to perform these exercises. There would be no need for ME if I gave all of the answers up front, right? :-) Thanks for your post!
This exercise would be so much better if as you come down pause with your feet raised just barely off the floor "about six inches" for a count of five then come up....the burn is so much more intense...try it!!! and let me know how it feels....good post though.
i think if you use this technique with your legs bent and bringing your knees towards your chest , it will put alot less stress on your lower back.
