I fire my rifle at distances of up to 600 meters and I THINK it takes more skill because of leading your target and bullet delay. jabbakabba23 , you can find the M24 in the mission par for the course or something where there's alot of golf fields and at the start where you are deployed by a blackhawk helicopter. The M24 is not on mainland so you have to swim out to a small piece of land and you find the M24.And check your map before doing it and it also have a cross symbol on it.Hope it helps =S.

M-24 has got to be the best . You might disagree but think about it . It's lighter, reloads faster, shoot's just as far, is just as if not more accurate, has thiner crosshairs, and has a much smaller muzzle flash. If you know what your doing then any sniper rifle should work for you . Personaly I'd say your safest bet is

the M-24 .
