Im surprised Im the first comment but I think these are sufficient ab workouts. They're not top secret but they are great. I've never do the first one, but I've done plenty hand stand pushups so it shouldn't be too crazy.
you are breaking your neck, doing excericeses too fast, too rough, no flair, just forcefull and cheating through every step by doing that. and usuing only your youth to get by. You have no technique and if you really had to do it slowly and/or correctly you would see the difference and what you are never going to gain by doing that.
