  • @absformula I never said I COULD do them but I am saying I WILL NOT do them! For all you non-crazies out there, stick to exercises that don't trade bone health for muscle size. Nothing wrong with regular push-ups, pull ups and the like. Absformula, kudos on getting ripped and everything, but do your joints a favor and lay off that stuff, you'll thanks me when you're 50!

  • @absformula Look, I’m just gonna break it down one time then I’m done:

    Exercise 2 = High impact. End of story.

    Exercise 3 would be terrible strain on your knees if you were doing it RIGHT. But you’re doing it WRONG because you knees are going out to the side when you stand and they shouldn’t do that. You shouldn’t be doing that anyway!

    Exercise 5 should be called the lower back sudden hyper-extender.

    And Exercise 6 … saluting just looks dumb if you’re not in the military, sorry.

  • @loldudeno maybe, but I don't have any problems with that exercise. if any of the exercises bother you don't do them. there are limitless variations. :)

    I'm 5'7" at 131lbs, 6.9 % body fat.

    I can't see my abs without flexing.

    Do I need to burn more body fat to see my abs, or can I just do more advanced ab workouts to grow the muscle to become more visible?

  • Im surprised Im the first comment but I think these are sufficient ab workouts. They're not top secret but they are great. I've never do the first one, but I've done plenty hand stand pushups so it shouldn't be too crazy.

  • you are breaking your neck, doing excericeses too fast, too rough, no flair, just forcefull and cheating through every step by doing that. and usuing only your youth to get by. You have no technique and if you really had to do it slowly and/or correctly you would see the difference and what you are never going to gain by doing that.
