When i saw her dance in person i realized she looked better then in videos. But yes she is just not a natural latin dancer so all her movements look a little forced. But they still have good technique.
I like this couple because they bring something different to the table. Their personality, her dresses, their choise of statements in the coreography, strong male female presentation. They are not afraid of doing things differently, in their own way, which makes dancing rich; ergo I can really appreciate their work.
Example is how she leaves from the split weight at 0:34 with the rechecking action. Very lovely.

She wont bloody leave the dress alone in this video. Leave the dress alone, stop playing with it, and use your arms and hands and fingers for god sake!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What the hell is up with this "don't touch your dress" bullshit? There's helluva many meters of that hem. It would be ridiculous if she didn't play with and give the dance some edge.
